I pass this nail salon often. Decided to give them a try, service provided was gel fill in with shellac, and eyebrow arch. Vincent was excellent!!! Very precise with fill in ( not to thick). Polish was very neat. Eyebrows were just how I like them. Will definitely return. Read Less

This place is a joke. There's a nail salon on every corner there a dime a dozen. But wow this one is a dump. A salon that deserves to go out of business. jimmy is unappreciative of his customers and gave Poor service and if he is asked to do something different than what he is doing he will quit wanting to work on your nails because even though ur the one paying and u want them a certain way he doesn't care about what customers think or want. They Talk about u right in front of u to other employees. Jerk off that says don't come back because he is illiterate and doesn't know English language and can't understand it. He can't remember what u wanted even when u show him a picture of it. He is ridiculous. He is super Cheap on products for ur nails refused to use more  if u ask for more acrylic for ur nails because he doesn't do them good he wipes tiny pieces of acrylic on and said no to me asking to make thicker he said no because he said that's all I'll do. If u don't like u can go and go somewhere else. Also says one price in the beginning then changes it after he is almost done and can't remember anything he says to u or u ask him for or want done to ur nails Jimmy!!!! Garbage a JokeGuaranteed the ones that go here and like it and wrote a good review for them only get shellac or probably don't know anything about nails and are just wearing them for a min and haven't had them done to many times or they don't want them to look like what's popular and instyle with acrylics. FYI If u want a good nail salon go to #EAGLE NAILS  (Kevin) is the really good and isn't a racist that doesn't give to shits about u but all of the techs are good. And I told Kevin about my experience at Nail First, when I went to get my nails fixed and he did my nails properly and made sure I got what I asked for did what I asked for and also made sure I liked what he did before he did them all. I told him about the owner at nail first that did my nails horrible and he said he doesn't understand why some nail places act like that and  are like that when  I am the customer, I'm paying I should get what I want if I'm $$$ paying for it.  he actually gave a crap and where this dude at nail first could give a shit less, except for being able to rip you off $$$ and be stingy on his product and greedy, because he's cheap and would rather be cheap then to make his customers happy and keep them coming back to his Janky salon!!! I called and they got me in immediately, but the down side is the man doing my acrylics was quite rough with my hands and it was so annoying how they kept having loud non-English conversations with each other also the lady that answered the phone when I called was very rude to me. Maybe it was the time of day, we came in the evening or something but after reading these raving reviews I had to come try it out. First I think that the language barrier with some of the employees has A LOT to do with how I experienced this location. Nevertheless I've handled those situations with ease in the past having lived in other countries. There are only two employees who understand/speak English and one of them completely misunderstood what my mother said about wanting a gel overlay on her nails and instead told someone else to give her a full set (fake nail and all). She realized what was happening and told him to what she wanted and the employees who spoke English jumped in. This place is really small so that means that now everyone is listening to any concerns you have. Then as she tried to explain what services she would like an employee started telling my mother that if she doesn't like something she should leave. This is just horrible customer service. People come to nail salons and spas to relax and be pampered, not PAY to be treated poorly. Read Less

My nails are now ruined. My usual Salon was closed and I needed my nails done for a wedding . The young man that did my nails used the Dremel tool for way too long. My natural nails are now more than paper thin. They are splitting, cracking and so short my fingers are bleeding. Worst shellac job ever. Read Less

Unfortunately I can only rate this five stars because it deserves 100. This is one of the best nail salons that I have been to. I got an acrylic full set and it was done to perfection. I believe the guys name that I had was Huang. He did an outstanding job. He is very precise about his work. He takes his time with filing and painting. Went to Nails First because of all the great reviews they have on here and they did not disappoint at all, I was seen right away which is always a plus, especially on a Friday! Jimmy did my polish change and fill and he was nothing short of amazing, listened to how I like my nails to look and definitely delivered with perfection! I will definitely be back! Read Less

I have never in my whole live had a better pedicure. I came to this salon to get a pedicure after leaving my usual nail salon since there was about a two-hour wait. I walked in this salon and was immediately taken to the pedicure station. I believe the woman doing my nails was the owner but I am not 100% sure. Whoever she is, she did an amazing job! Extremely detailed, attentive, and nice. She really took the time to make sure I enjoyed my time at the salon and that my pedicure would last. After my nails were done I went to the drying station and she brought me a receipt with the total, no guessing on how the payment process was going to work. While walking out three people said bye and wished me a good night. Those small things really make going to the nail salon more comfortable. Absolutely amazing. First of all, best customer service ever. They truly care about their clients. They are so respectful, honest and kind. When I had to wait for a while they gave me a cupon and discount for that day that goes to show you how much they are about their customers vs money. They are really kind and super honest. I've been to many nail salons around the area and this is the best.They are also super clean!!! And this is what a nail salon should be like.
