Went there to get my eyelashes done was recommended by a customer. When they were done they look horrible I could not even see out of my eyelashes they use a thick rubber glue they fell off I pay $25 ...
Went there to get my eyelashes done was recommended by a customer. When they were done they look horrible I could not even see out of my eyelashes they use a thick rubber glue they fell off I pay $25 plus a $10 tip they were horrible Horrible looking so I called up there and asked for a refund they told me next time I get my nails done I will only have to pay $10 I said OK so I went and got my nails done they said no refund only if you get your eyelashes done again what are they thinking that is not what they told me I said I will never get my eyelashes done here she said I so sorry lesson learnedThere is too many nail salons to be treated the way I was at Paradise just lost a customer

I had my acrylic and shellac filled in by then 2 weeks ago, without incident. Came out satisfied and tip the lady $10. I ended up at Paradise Nails ONLY because the Shop I normally go to was too busy....
I had my acrylic and shellac filled in by then 2 weeks ago, without incident. Came out satisfied and tip the lady $10. I ended up at Paradise Nails ONLY because the Shop I normally go to was too busy. Went in yesterday at approximately 5:15pm, waited 10-15min. was then seated. One of my acrylic/shellac tips fell off and I told the lady I did not want another tip put on, just do an overlay. She said "I have to put a tip on" I told her there was more than enough of my nail to f...orm an overlay instead of a tip. She refused, so I grabbed my purse and walked out. I was appalled, I have been getting my nails done for 25yrs. I know more about nails then they do, but I never argue with anyone regarding spending MY money. If you don't want my business, somebody else does... I would not advise anyone I know to use the establishment. Service is HORRIBLE!! See more

This was the worst nail salon ive ever been to. It was close to home so i figured i would try it out. I get shellac nails and a pedicure not even 2 days later they are peeling off and chipping ! I go back to get them re done mind you i dont want the same color because obviously the brand was thin and shitty and they try charging me $10. Its not the point of the $10 its the point in it wasnt even 2 DAYS later and they wouldnt even re do them for free. Then want to sit here and talk in their language about you. So uncomfortable. Why pay $25 and then and extra $10 to fix. I will never return here.

I must say, I used to be a regular customer and moved out of the area. But last week I returned; never again, what a mistake.The older lady that did my manicure last Saturday was terrible. I had just a manicure. The manicure looked like I had been walking on my hands by Tuesday. And I redid them my self and found that she had not soaked the nail extensions off completely. Horrible. And to think I gave her a tip!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the first and last time I will ever go there. Walked in, I finally got up and walked out after literally being ignored for 20 minutes, none of the girls in there had any clients, they were all just sitting and talking. Worst experience ever, not to mention I was in a rush. I won't ever be back

Looked up reviews for them on google and was a little skeptical... however I have a wedding in two days and am on a time crunch. I'm not from this area however I was training at a store in the same shopping mall complex. After searching for all the nail salons in the Wayne area, I hesitantly decided to pick this one just based on the convenience. Upon entering I took about 10 to 15 minutes picking a color and then started my mani pedi. The lady that was helping me was very nice and she did an amazing job. She spent over an hour with me and did an amazing job massaging my feet and hands. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the nearby area. Their prices were budget friendly (you can't expect a good job with a 10$ mani pedi though - just saying), it was a clean environment, and the people take their time on you. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience to them. Their google reviews are nothing compared to what I just experienced. Please try the place out!!

The hustled me the fill in is supposed to be 14 I payed 20 and they were so rude and made me rush so my nails got smudged so it made my experience even worse. I will never come back!

Sabrina is an awesome owner! She keeps a clean sanitary professional environment in addition to a warm comforting atmosphere!
