Clean nice and friendly. Getting very nice job on my nails I got the crystal gel set. No necks no couches no rushing me out the door. Definitely recommend

I've been here and Wellington. Both were horrible. The acrylic set I got here was done so far from my nail line that they looked 2 weeks grown out the day I got them, and 3 fully fell off within 48 ho...
I've been here and Wellington. Both were horrible. The acrylic set I got here was done so far from my nail line that they looked 2 weeks grown out the day I got them, and 3 fully fell off within 48 hours without hard use on them.. the entire acrylic nail should not pop off like a glue on nail.... Also great at not asking if you want certain top costs and charging you more without asking. Never again will I go to a galaxy location ever. See More

I went to Galaxy on Saturday for spa day with my mom, by Sunday one broken nail - bio with shellac! Now Tuesday several more broken, i asked for acrylic I hate bio gel, they put it on anyway, I called to see what they could do, the secretary treated me like I was an idiot and then said she said come in pay for new acrylic nails and I will see if the manager will do anything. Second visit both brutal! Customer service big 0! $150 in service with a $20 tip PASS I can afford to go some where else! Buyer Beware!

As a mom of two young kids I rarely get the chance to pamper myself, so it felt extra great to be doing something for just me... That being said, I will NEVER go back to galaxy nails period. After being quoted one price, I was cashed out with another.... I spend over $100 have a shellac mani and pedi. After being convinced I should go with gel nails because "they stay on longer and look better" I agreed. 3 DAYS!!! I got 3 DAYS, and my nails started popping and chipping off. Unreal! You people wasted my time and money. And because of that you will never get My business (or anyone I can tell about this experience) business again.

This was my second time going to Galaxy to get my nails done. The end result was good but the man who did them was so rough!! I had to keep telling him he was hurting me. He cut my finger and my nails...
This was my second time going to Galaxy to get my nails done. The end result was good but the man who did them was so rough!! I had to keep telling him he was hurting me. He cut my finger and my nails aren't the same length. I wanted try a new shape on my nails, but before I could tell him he filed my nails too short to do what I wanted done. Overall I'm happy with them but the people doing the nails could be a little more friendly.

This was my second time going to Galaxy to get my nails done. The end result was good but the man who did them was so rough!! I had to keep telling him he was hurting me. He cut my finger and my nails aren't the same length. I wanted try a new shape on my nails, but before I could tell him he filed my nails too short to do what I wanted done. Overall I'm happy with them but the people doing the nails could be a little more friendly.
