Horrible Experience Yesterday & Today Came in to get a Full set came out with Uneven coffin shaped nails.Called Today asked if i could get my nails fixed The guy at the first desk said Yes come in we fix for you!! I get there he greets me with attitude then tells me i have to pay to get my nails fixed because he didn't do them!! I told him he was going to fix my nails because his nail tech messed them up ! He fixed them with a attitude burned my hand and was also cursing! I told he i would never come back to your business "His Response Ok Good!So if you want uneven nails and horrible service go to Topline They will give you Together

So my regular nail tech at my regular nail shop was out today so my niece recommended we try here because she had been here in the past, so i decided to give them a try. BIG MISTAKE, if i could give them no stars i would. I requested a pedi and a full set of gel. The guy asked if i want shellac i said no i just want regular polish on my toes and the same color for my nails, he kept insisting i do shellac and i kept saying no, so he finishes my feet and starts my nails, i asked to make sure he was using gel powder he said yes, again asked if i wanted shellac i said no he said the polish on my toes was shellac i said why i said no! Anyway he then polishes my nails and kept putting in front of the little fan, so i asked where is the gel coat and the uv light???? He looked at me like i was crazy and said u wanted regular polish. I said yea but this is gel so u supposed to use the gel coat and the uv light...he had no idea what i was talking about. He had to take off the polish and redo it, then started again with no polish just the clear gel polish on my bare nail so again i said where was the polish he asked if i wanted color.... I don't really know what was happening here i was just confused, he had no idea what he was doing. So he redid it with color and made me wait before he added the gel coat, i had to ask someone else to polish my nails so i could go and the end result are in my pics, very disappointed with this place would never go back. I guess you have to go to the right person here because i heard some do good but the person i had, no one explained to him what gel nails are..smh waste of money

Phenominal service. They are very great with kids, patient and accommodating to them, precise and very efficient. My daughter and I look forward to our next Visit.

I will not ever go anywhere else, my loyalty is here. an on top of the prices are doable, there the cheapest around!!! And also the work that they do is great,great,great!!I've never had a complaint about ANYTHING! Once I had bows put on, one fell off 5 days after I got my fill-in done, an they helped me by letting me jump up the line and get a new bow put on :). FOR FREE! :)

Got here at 3:45 and they tell me despite their POSTED CLOSING HOUR IS 5PM THAT THEY ARE CLOSING AT FOUR TODAY. So I was refused service. They cut my foot last time I was here, and I was actually forgiving enough to give them another chance for a last minute fill in but i have to be honest, this place is rude, unprofessional and unsanitary they are disgusting. Better business bureau will be notified. Terrible so-called business.👎👎👎

Cheap, unattractive nail polish selection. customer service is terrible. Bland run down waiting chairs and decor. Doesn't feel like your in a nail shop. Zero stars if I could.. AVOID

They all ways talk about you in their language when they get mad. The place is dingy and falling apart. Star nails down the street is just as bad. NEVER going there again.

this place is horrible, I went in for a gel fill, they filed my gels down so far my nails cracked in the same day, when I went back for them to re-do all of my nails they refused to do the repairs, bad business.... I highly recommend never going in there. the service is terrible just as bad as star nail on huron

the people here are rude it's more or so if you (black) like me the service is horrible i first off i walk in the person at the door looks up and says nothing so i sat quietly and waiting for a hour because they were pretty busy it was 3 people ahead of me now they get down to noone in front of me and noone asking if i need service or what i was in for today they completely ignored me but then in walk a (Caucasian) lady and thy perk right up and say hi how can i help you i dont say anything bc i dont want to be rude oi wait and see what happens so then she tells her to pick her color and she proceeds to sit down then she tells her no go to the first pedicure station mind you we are both here for the same services a mani and pedi so i walk up to the lady and say im sorry but i've been an hour and noone asked me what it was i needed or sat me in any chair for services she say yes her over there asked she just told me she did i said no she didn't when i walked in noone asked me anything nor tried to assist me and she then states okay well go and points i said no its okay ill take my business else and walked out of they're door and i haven't been back i think they are by far the worst for the customer service they showed me that day i will never return there again.

I stopped in since I'm looking for a new place...I tend to go weekly for a simple manicure. The technician was so fast...I was done in 15 min tops and it wasn't up to my standards at all! She didn't...
I stopped in since I'm looking for a new place...I tend to go weekly for a simple manicure. The technician was so fast...I was done in 15 min tops and it wasn't up to my standards at all! She didn't even clean under my nails or do a clear top coat after the first application! I realize I'm a male so maybe she thought my standards weren't as high which is sad, because it's so close to my house and convenient.

Love this place! They're fast, do a great job and the prices are reasonable. The men are the best there, I personally think they do a better job than the women (no offense to the women). I have only gotten my nails done (not a fan of pedicures), acrylic, but I've never had a bad experience! :)

So my regular nail tech at my regular nail shop was out today so my niece recommended we try here because she had been here in the past, so i decided to give them a try.
