I went in a couple weeks ago and got dan i told him i wanted regular acrylic nails and he kept telling me how i should spend extra money and get shellac. I kept telling him no and what does he do anyway??? He does the shellac. I had so many problems with it i only had them on for a week and a half and my nail was popping up. Then a week later my nail shatters???? So ill never be going there again and shame on Dan for not listening to the customer. Read Less

Very friendly. They do VERY good work, my nails looked perfect! Also, it's very clean. They put a protective bag in the pedicure tub before filling it up. I've never seen any other place take extra sanitizing steps like this place.Read Less

I love this place! I always try to go here. Sometimes you do have to wait, but it is worth it. No matter who you get your nails always turn out great. They are always so friendly and welcoming. I like it because they remember who you are, they ask about your family and work. It is nice to go somewhere like that and feel comfortable with whoever you get. I will not go anywhere else. I Like how clean and fast this place is. Tons of shellac colors to choose from. I prefer tina, she is fast and good. All the girls work hard, I wish people wouldn't walk in 10min before closing, so rude to keep people working for over 12hrs a day. Have always had a good experience and nicely priced. Read Less

would NOT reccomend this place wasted my time and money came in and got yelled at for not booking an appointment and once they finally started on me she gave me attitude and hurted me as well. I went there last week after work for my first time to get my nails done. My nails have been flipping and chipping as soon as I got them. One thing that I hate is when people talk to their coworkers in a different language. How do I know if your not talking about me and hello your doing my nails. My sister recommended this place because a nail tech she didn't like isn't there anymore. The receptionist had an attitude because I was a walk in. The place shut just be shut down. If I could, I would give it a no star. Only been there three times. All those times I had to wait a really long time, even when I had appointments. The owner is really rude. She did my pedicure and while she was doing it, she stopped at least twice to do other things. Also, being there, they rushed while doing the service. I would not recommend this place to nobody. Some girl even burned my whole face while getting a wax. Please run away from this place. Go some where else more pleasant and respectful. Dawn Nail Spa's prices are very reasonable and they offer a variety of services, including waxing. I have been to many nail salons around the Waterford area, and this salon is the best around. The environment is extremely clean and beutifully decorated. Also, their pedicures are fabulous--no rushing the customer through to fill the next spot. If you're looking for a pleasant and professional nail spa, this is definately to place. The nail technicians deliver excellent service in a friendly atmosphere. Even on busy weekends, they are efficient with taking care of the customer. They also do waxing as well and I wouldn't let anyone else was max eyebrows, but here.
