I’m not sure why some people gives bad review to this salon, my daughter and I are regular customers here, and we have never experienced any problems, the service is good and their pricing is very reasonable
We have been coming here for over 3 years and counting!

Terrible experience. First time here and last. First the guy should not be allowed to handle a drill as he kept drilling my skin and told me he wasn't. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years - h...
Terrible experience. First time here and last. First the guy should not be allowed to handle a drill as he kept drilling my skin and told me he wasn't. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years - he's hitting my finger and not my nail! Get a fill, polish and sit under the dryer for 15 to 20 minutes go home 45 minutes later I still have gunky nails. They never dried! They obviously don't know their top coat from primers from gel products! They don't know what they're doing. I go back and ask for the owner. I showed her I could literally scrape the polish off right off my nails with my thumbnails! NEVER DRIED! They never apologize - repaint my nails and I sit under the dryer again. 10 minutes later they're doing the exact same thing all gummed up again! I told him to take off the polish they tell me it's my fault I'm not waiting long enough for them to dry! I've been getting my nails done for 20 years - I know what's normal and what's not. I told him to take off my polish and I left. I will never be back and I have nothing good to say about this place except they should not be in business!

Terrible experience. First time here and last. First the guy should not be allowed to handle a drill as he kept drilling my skin and told me he wasn't. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years - he's hitting my finger and not my nail! The staff is rude. Expecally the woman. Sje is very jealous of pretty woman. She does not carry your purse when ur nails are done, and will leave it on the chair.

My experience started out pretty decent, but ended horribly. This post is not about the quality of the job, but of the worker. Me and another woman were getting our nails done, and the woman was telling us about how her daughter got hit by a drunk driver and explaining her recovery... a few minutes later the guy doing my nails begins to almost brag about how he drinks and drives all the time and basically treats it like one big joke. The lady is very very upset (naturally), and this guy continues to yell back and forth with her while his coworkers yell back at him and are costantly trying to apologize to the woman. One of the most disgusting things I have ever witnessed, I truly hope this man gets fired for his behavior. I will not be returning and deeply apologize to the anonymous woman for what she had to go through tonight.

I wanted to be happy with this place...they were very friendly. But the lady kept trying to push me to get something I didn't want. Then she glopped on the polish and even after sitting for half an hour under the dryer my nails still didn't set! And when I got home I notice half of them were crooked, two on one hand were way shorter than the rest. They just look odd. I'm not happy at all. It really wasn't worth the money spent.
I will go elsewhere from now on.

There used to be nail tech named Annie there that was fabulous. She no longer worked there so I had a young guy do my pedicure. Not good. He did do a good leg and foot massage though but my toes ...
There used to be nail tech named Annie there that was fabulous. She no longer worked there so I had a young guy do my pedicure. Not good. He did do a good leg and foot massage though but my toes would have looked better had I done them myself. May go back as it's close to home but will definitely not let the same guy do my pedicure again.

Nails broke just over a week, didn't spend any time on them, my nail underneath out grew the acrylic so they basically all cracked not to mention I waited two hours to even sit down

Was great the first two times I went but owner wife did my nails last 2 times. She was fast, short, rough, and rude!!!!! I advise you if you go stay far away from her. I will NEVER go back. Gave two chances with her but I'm done. I'd rather spend my money on people who care about their customers!!!!

The nail techs made me feel so uncomfortable. They were speaking in their native language and periodically looked at me and laughed. Never once talked to me. Never ever coming back.

My experience started out pretty decent, but ended horribly. This post is not about the quality of the job, but of the worker. Me and another woman were getting our nails done, and the woman was telling us about how her daughter got hit by a drunk driver and explaining her recovery... a few minutes later the guy doing my nails begins to almost brag about how he drinks and drives all the time and basically treats it like one big joke. I wanted to be happy with this place...they were very friendly. But the lady kept trying to push me to get something I didn't want. Then she glopped on the polish and even after sitting for half an hour under the dryer my nails still didn't set! And when I got home I notice half of them were crooked, two on one hand were way shorter than the rest. They just look odd. I'm not happy at all. It really wasn't worth the money spent.
I will go elsewhere from now on.

There used to be nail tech named Annie there that was fabulous. She no longer worked there so I had a young guy do my pedicure. Not good. He did do a good leg and foot massage though but my toes would have looked better had I done them myself. May go back as it's close to home but will definitely not let the same guy do my pedicure again.
