I've been trying out the salon every 3 weeks for around 3 months! My first appointment was good but then I started having the nail technicians kept on changing their prices on me& I got the same work done! They don't communicate good with customers! The first time I went in for gel nails with shellac nail polish the price was$27 . Another time I went in they raised the price to $28 for the same work but another time all the way to $30 for the same work once again. They told me they did design but when I want to design they gave me a hard time and told me all we don't do design but if you want to wait I can do something so simple for you!! Every time I win I never got the same Nail Tech but one thing they had in common they all don't speak English good, they don't answer the questions good what you ask,& they all talk with each other in their language but try not to make any kind of communication with you but they are interested in taking your money!! Be careful the prices change after you go a while! I will go back to my old Nail Tech she was more expensive but the quality was better what she did ! I got shellac nail polish here and is supposed to last for at least 3 weeks through 1 month but sometimes it started to peel even after 3 days!! My opinion paying $8 cheaper than my old Salon is not worth it because the quality is not the same! I had a friend try to warn me don't go to the salons that are too cheap because so is there quality!! Some people have to learn the hard way!! I learned my lesson! I would not suggest anybody to go to the salon!! I found this place by chance and I am so happy I did. Vivian has taken care of my the past three times I have went in and every single time I am highly pleased with the results. I have been going here for years. If I don't like the way something is being done, I bring it to their attention and they correct it. I change styles often and they are very good. The prices are good! If you mess up your nails they quickly correct it. I also get my eyebrows done, and Tina does a fabulous job!! Read Less

WARNNING!!! Please don't go to this salon!!! Horrible place to go to, you don't get what u ask for, they choose to add extra work to charge more without getting your permission and tell u oh well u have to pay for it, they don't communicate with u and have people that know very little English that wouldn't even understand or answer your questions or understand what ur asking for, when u go to a nail salon u wanna leave happy but this place will ruin ur day if not days later bc everytime u look at ur nails u will hate them the manager which is the owner is not helpful at all. Wonderful service. Been here a couple times when I come for vacation. The service is nice and everyone is very welcoming. I regret going to the other nail place on Rochester Hills called Grace Nail and Spa. My nails have been fixed from the uneven cutting and look wonderful. Read Less

I went to this place for the first time, get my feet & nails done. First off the guy that did my mani & pedi act like he did not understand what I was saying. His work is decent but I have had better. He made my nails look thick. Also another thing I didnt like was he keep changing the prices. Saying it was $65 for both then he pushed it up to $70 then $75. It was like $5 added on by the min. I will not recommend this place to no one its horrible thumbs down👎 Read Less

I got my nails done today. All I have to say is that the nail salon is filthy. I have no idea how it passes inspection.  The manicurist took the nail tools out of a pencil case and did not even sterilize it. Will never go again! Read Less

This place used to be good. It's hit or miss with the job you'll get, depending on who's working on you. Lisa is horrible.. very pushy and rude.. tells you what you want. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money. Read Less

My mother & I have been getting our nails done here for about 7-8 years. I absolutely LOVE them. We usually get ours done my Peter, Tina, Han or Mei. They do an amazing job & are very fast & accurate. Yes they do prefer cash but they also take debit or credit as well. They are all very sweet people. & they LOVE my puppy!!!! Read Less

Watch closely, they DO NOT use an autoclave to sterilize their equipment. They take their tools for a pedicure out of a pencil case and stray them with alcohol. This is illegal and extremely dangerous. This is how blood bourne illnesses, like HIV and Hepatitis, are spread. Yes, this place is cheap but not worth potentially getting extremely ill. I walked in for a manicure right when they opened on a Monday morning. The nail tech asked me three times to reconsider getting the acrylic nails after I had already told her that I only wanted the polish on my natural nails. She was so persistent by repeatedly explaining how acrylic nails were so much better that it made me uncomfortable and I considered leaving. She just wasn't listening to me. Their customer service is absolute crap. Every time I make an appointment I am here on time and don't ever get taken in until 15-20 minutes after my appointment. When I confronted one of the ladies after this happened twice, she yelled at me telling me "it doesn't take that long to have someone else go" then continued to let me know that if "I'm not happy with that then it doesn't matter to her if I come back" needless to say they lost my business.She was yelling at me for me and the entire shop heard. I kept asking her to please stop yelling and she just continued. It was overall extremely awkward and I wont be coming back.This place is a dime a dozen and around the corner there is another place you can get the same price and job and not have terrible service. I was recommended to DC by a coworker that gets her nails done here, and each time I've visited it's been busy! I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes, luckily, but they're obviously doing something right - it's not a small staff, but the shop is consistently busy. Maybe call ahead for an appointment if you expect to be pressed for time. They do walk-ins for the most part, it seems like.I've had several gel sets done as well as a pedicure and wax on one occasion. My french tip gel set is $25, which is very reasonable and lasts me 2-3 weeks. It's a few dollars cheaper if I don't get a french tip - I wanna say $20.I do agree that it's hard to talk with some of the staff because of a language barrier, but I've consistently had affordable, friendly service here and it's close to home. Because I find it hard to build a relationship with the techs, I don't feel particularly loyal to DC, but I would recommend for sure - I did read the negative reviews posted before mine and can understand the issues, I just haven't had any bad experiences myself and I know my coworker is a huge fan. This place is so inconsistent. I felt like only one nail tech really know what she was doing. When I looked at the licenses on the wall, I realized they had the same 2 or 3 names over and over again. I have a feeling not all of the techs are licensed. I've been here a number of times because my friend liked to get her fill-ins here for some reason. I only recall one time my nails came out nice. All the other times my nails came out gunky and would never dry completely. I was not impressed at all. The selection of polish is okay. Try to avoid this place for manicures. I'm never going back. I have been going to nail salons for years to have acrylic nails applied. I decided to try a smaller salon closer to home....WHAT A BAD DECISION...the first question they wanted to know was if I was paying cash. When I asked them if they took MC/VISA they said yes but want cash next time.... the one man who was servincing my daughter said ..."Your mom has no cash?" and then he was loudly speaking in his "Asian" language to all the other works..who then chimed in with him and were laughing and going on and on while my daughter and I sat their feeling like we were worthless and not good enough.....BORN AND RAISED HERE IN THE USA AND TREATED LIKE THAT.............SHAME SHAME!!
