I liked this cheaper place at first but the lady who just did my nails was so rude. YOU are doing me a service that I'M paying for, so you should have what's called "customer service". I will never go here again after that last encounter. I can't get over how I was just treated. My nails really don't look special either. Like, I got denied a french manicure all because I didn't want to put gel on it. I didn't want to come back to get it removed which is why I said no. She could have done it with regular top coat like any other manicurist has done for me. I just don't get it.

I used to go there all the time untill i went there and some how dropped my money couldn't find it searched every were asked every one still nothing another lady that was in there seen another lady pick my money up an told me i went back in there to ask the lady did she take my money an she kept saying no even tho after i already knew she did and none of the people who worked there did anything they were just sitting there looking dumv like nothing happened an told me to leave ill never go back to that dumb ass nail shop ever again horrible customer service and there not that good anyways...just cheap

I've seen the negative comments & I'm sure that's the people's personal experience & valid for those people. My experiences here have always been positive. I've always enjoyed the pedicures I've had here & the 2 manicures I've had here have been positive as well. My 1st mani here was 3 years ago & lasted longer than any other mani I've ever had. It was almost 6 weeks before lifting or polish chipping became an issue. As for the mani today it's BEAUTIFUL. How long it lasts-time will tell. I'll keep everyone updated. As I said-I'm sure the negative reviews are valid for those reviewers. That's not been my experiences. This is from today. The picture doesn't do it justice as to how nice it looks in person. Gel polish-VERY nice!
Today is April 28, 2018 & tomorrow is a week since the manicure. The polish looks like it did on day 1. There's beginning 2 b some lifting which has only JUST begun. I'll keep everyone updated.
Today is May 2. The 1st nail JUST came off.
Tomorrow is May 13. Most of the nails have lifted off completely. I still have the nails of the thumb & pinky on my left hand. The gel polish looks exactly as it did on day 1 when I left the salon. That's 4 weeks tomorrow since I had the manicure. Gel polish IS THE best!
On May14 the last of the nails lifted completely off. I'll be going back the 1st weekend in June to have a mani/pedi & some relaxation time before my son graduates from high school. Such positive experiences here that this is & will be my go to place as long as I live in this area.

I usually go here a lot, but recently they have been really bad with their customer service, they will hear the phone ringing and ignore it on purpose. I got my nails done 1 week ago and one nail is completely off. the rest of them every single one of my nails are lifting! i paid 35 dollars to have them break in a week is ridiculous. The lengths do not match on either hand and my nails look bubbly. The acrylic is really thick and there is chunks of acrylic under my nails. I am a cosmetologist and I notice that they rarely sanitize anything before using it on someone else, which is a major violation, if state board where to walk in they would get fined for the lack of sanitation. Do not plan on returning here.

They will not take an appt, they ignore you when you walk in, they don't take customers in the order they came in, The let you sit there for half an hour without saying a word, if you're lucky you'll wait up to 20 minutes or more to be taken in. If all these sound great to you by all means go ahead!!!

This happened a couple of years ago. My wife had regularly had her nails done her, so they knew her, and she has always tipped well. She was 33 weeks pregnant at the time and on crutches due to a recent car accident. She went in to get a manicure for her baby shower, and halfway through, the power goes out. They were unable to finish as the gel polish she wanted requires UV light to dry. So she said she would just have to go somewhere else. They removed the gel (leaving some in her cuticle), and as she was leaving, they demanded she pay for the manicure. A bit ridiculous considering the job is not done but the power going out is "not their fault" so, ok. Since they could not take credit card payment due to the outage, they demanded my wife leave her drivers license, which she refused to do. For whatever reason, she did let them write down her information. I went in later and paid in cash, but only after explaining that if they did indeed take my money, they would be losing out on any future business. The indignant reply "That's fine". They effectively traded 100s of $ a year in business for a measly $12.

I went in to get coffin shaped nails and they were cut uneven and popped off before two weeks. I went back to get a fill in, my mistake, hoping someone else would do it and as soon as i got home my nail broke off. i went back up there to see if they could fix it and the lady had an attitude because she had to fix it. she then took the left over acrylic off in an aggressive way and just slapped a new fake nail on my finger and cut it any type of way and turned her back to me, she did this to let me know she didn't want to fix it. i got up and left out before i was tempted to drag her. They have terrible customer service. My other nail broke the next day as well. They have old glue or acrylic gel. its one of the two or both but I'll never waste my money there again.

They had a new tech and she just messed my nails up completely...the shape, the shellac, etc. Now I have to get them soaked off and reshaped or cut dwn to let them grow back. But Kim...thts my fav person. I will never let anybdy else touch my nails in this place.

I was never shown a price chart or told the price of the services. But, it was a terrible job, at any price. The gel polish was peeing off by Tues. Anyway, I was not given a foot massage, hand massage, lotion, leg massage - nothing. He just painted and then charged me. I will never go back. I feel that was the worst job I have ever had for the price. Buyer beware, I guess. With the tip, it cost my $60

I moved away from the area and I tried other spas but they aren't as sufficient as city nails, they are the best hands down!

I called here and they were able to take us right away. The prices are great, the service is wonderful, and the finished product is phenomenal! I won't get my nails done anywhere else anymore.

I liked this cheaper place at first but the lady who just did my nails was so rude. YOU are doing me a service that I'M paying for, so you should have what's called "customer service". I will never go here again after that last encounter. I can't get over how I was just treated. My nails really don't look special either. Like, I got denied a french manicure all because I didn't want to put gel on it. I didn't want to come back to get it removed which is why I said no. She could have done it with regular top coat like any other manicurist has done for me. I just don't get it.

I got my nails done 1 week ago and one nail is completely off. the rest of them every single one of my nails are lifting! i paid 35 dollars to have them break in a week is ridiculous. This happened a couple of years ago. My wife had regularly had her nails done her, so they knew her, and she has always tipped well. She was 33 weeks pregnant at the time and on crutches due to a recent car accident. She went in to get a manicure for her baby shower, and halfway through, the power goes out. They were unable to finish as the gel polish she wanted requires UV light to dry. So she said she would just have to go somewhere else. They removed the gel (leaving some in her cuticle), and as she was leaving, they demanded she pay for the manicure. A bit ridiculous considering the job is not done but the power going out is "not their fault" so, ok. They had a new tech and she just messed my nails up completely...the shape, the shellac, etc. Now I have to get them soaked off and reshaped or cut dwn to let them grow back. I was never shown a price chart or told the price of the services. But, it was a terrible job, at any price. The gel polish was peeing off by Tues. I had my nails done here for my wedding and they were fantastic! I had originally booked at another nail salon but they didn't have my reservation. I called here and they were able to take us right away. The prices are great, the service is wonderful, and the finished product is phenomenal! I won't get my nails done anywhere else anymore.
