It was my first time at The Polished Parlour and Katelyn was so nice to squeeze me in without an appointment. I had acrylic nails put on at a different nail salon in Rochester and didn't realize how bad they were for you. Katelyn educated me on how to make my nails healthy again and removed the acrylic for me. I am so glad I had her do it instead of my previous salon because they would have used a dremel tool and torn up my hands for sure! She removed them very carefully and took her time to make sure she didn't hurt me or my nails. Yes my nails were damaged and had "pits" from previous dremel use, but she made them look beautiful with my gel manicure. I just had my mani pedi there and I was not disappointed.  The beautiful historic building they are in is super freaking cute.  It smells good in there, their products are lovely, and I was amazed and what a great technician Amber is.  She's got her mani pedi down pat, her routine was effective, clean, and she's great with timing.  I would definitely recommend their work.  It's so much more different, cozy, and just better than all your other local nail places. Kate and Amber are fabulous!  They provide a warm, inviting place to get pampered!   I get gels, pedis and waxing. Kate & Amber are a dynamic duo who consistently provide quality no matter what service you get! I go for waxes, gel polish and pedicures and they do a phenomenal job.
