Can't imagine going anywhere else! I've been getting my nails done by Tina for about 2 years now. I travel 25 minutes to go see her. She takes her time with your nails to make sure every nail is the same shape and size. I started going there and had her do acrylic because my nails are too oily and thin to hold shellac. As soon as they started the dip powder I switched over and I have never been happier! My nails are now longer, stronger and healthier. Dip powder costs $40, lasts about 3 weeks, so worth the price! I wish I had my old phone to attach all the pictures of my nails. People constantly ask me where I get my nails done, I will recommend this place to everyone! Very good job! The shape was perfect, painting done well, and a decent price. Lost a star because I started to bleed. Lost another one because  the tools she used came from a case and I wasn't sure if they were clean.I would go again just because of the end result. Read Less

I got a pedicure done by an older lady, who did a horrible job! The water itself was lukewarm at best and the lady rushed through the process. She made no attempt to slow down or be gentle when I physically flinched in pain as she cleaned under my nails. She didn't ask me what length or shape I wanted and proceeded to give me an ugly straight across cut (not a square cut, but just a straight cut across the top). To separate my toes while applying polish, she used a couple bits of paper towel, while the lady doing my friends toes gave her foam toe separators; they clearly had a box full of separators but she chose to use paper towel. While applying the polish, she made no attempt to stay on the nail, and proceeded to get polish all over my skin, and to remove the polish on my skin, she used a paper towel soaked in acetone (as opposed to brush like most places) and dug into my skin. And when I got home, I found bits of polish all over my skin and 1/4th of my little toes unpainted. This is the only nail salon i like to go to. They are so kind and speak fluent english. They do an amazing job!! I got my nails done almost 3 weeks ago and my acrylics are still on and i could probably go for another 3 more if i wanted. Update look at the pic Phenomenal customer service and so many colors!!!!!!!! Prices are about average as well as set up! They took my daughter and I in and it was after 7! Unheard of on a Friday night. Needless to say we didn't leave until ten because we weren't rushed out! Everybody jokes and kept us in the conversation not like make nail salons in the area! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Went with one of my friends, and there was a pretty long wait. That wasn't really a problem to me though; I understand there's other customers. When it was my turn, the woman filed my nails pretty viciously. Too the point where it was getting painful. When the acrylic was applied it looked nice, but the nails looked like different shapes, and lengths when compared to the other hand. After they where painted they looked presentable, and I was content with how they ended up looking. Then the true horror came. About a week later, I had something under the well of one of the nails. I went to scrape it out with another nail, and as I was doing so, my NATURAL NAIL SNAPPED. I was in so much pain, because the nail tech was too careless, and filed them to thin. Not going back. Removed them myself. And I'll be doing my own sets again. Read Less

Got my pedicure done by Mao and I was very happy with the results. From what I could see as I was waiting to be done, this place is very busy all the time and that is a good thing. While you wait, there are tons of nail options to peruse. There's also a cooler with drinks to purchase. The staff are very friendly and work with you to get the look you want. Read Less

Went in for a full set and an older woman did my nails. She was nice but my nails were horrible. I asked for narrow nails so I don't understand how they turned into thick uneven long square nails. Actually not even square, more like those duck shaped nails. I asked her to fix them and she acted like she did with a file so I asked again and she did the same thing but they were still thick, uneven, and square. I filed them myself at home but there was no fixing the uneven acrylic. I'm so disgusted by my nails. I also wasn't pleased to see that their tools were not new and I had to ask for clean tools for my pedicure. I'm so upset I spent money on a full set and pedi here. I will not return or refer anyone. First off this place rocks how many nail places do you know that have been owned by the same people for I believe 20 years. I love coming here everyone is always so nice and professional. I always have a hard time choosing a color and Leon my nail tech always picks it for me. Even when Chris does my nails he still picks out my color. They know how to make you feel comfortable and tell them what you like. It's nice to go some where and see the same faces, not new people every time you go. I highly recommend futures nails. First time here and it was a pleasant surprise. Small nail salon located by aldi and hmart and I never noticed it before. But I'm so over due for a fill in so I decided to give it a chance. I got a shellac manicure even though I usually do acrylics but my nails have grown out really nicely and their colors are impressive. So many to choose from so I went with a shellac mani and the girl that tended to me made great conversation and was really sweet. I'm glad I stopped by. Read Less

First time here because other places didn't have appt open in evening with such short notice. Stacy was great but wish she wouldn't have made 4/10 of my cuticles bleed. I hope they sanitize everything they use because it didn't look sanitary! And thank God for the antiseptic drop they applied  let aside  the uncomfortable stinging it caused for me. She was a lovely lady who initiated conversation (though all of the nail techs were very talkative) and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. First time stopping in today.. As I've been going to another location closer to home but figured I'd stop in after work to wait out the traffic... SO GLAD I DID! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I didn't feel rushed and Leon did my nails beautifully as they were getting brittle. Tons of colors to choose from - Shellac or Polish. The little wait was worth it. I can see why they're always busy!I will definitely come back on my lunch break or call ahead! :-)For the negative comment below I'm pretty sure you had to have cleaned or had your hands in a cleaner/detergent that made the shellac peel.
