My go to nail tech is Linda. I love her work, that’s who I’ll be seeing every time I go there. I’m so glad they are open after work because I can never get my nails done because I get off late but they’re open and literally a half mile from my job so it’s a perfect match! In and out service but your nails look beautiful well that’s if Linda does them lol I can only vouch for her but a few of my girlfriends go here as well and seem to be pleased with the service from other nail techs as well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have been going to them even before they went to this location and have always been extremely happy with my nails. They have always made their customer their main priority and the quality of they services is great. They have a great variety of colors and the establishment is always very clean which is very important to me. They were very careful with their work and the end product was top notched. Great Place! I was in this salon a week ago. I've had my nails done there for over three months. Always leaving very happy and satisfied with my nails. Unfortunately this was my last visit. It took nearly two hours for the nail tech to complete my manicure. After leaving I noticed my nails were very uneven and thick. I had to go back to get them fixed. Now spending another 20 min of my time. The same tech attempted to correct my nails. They didn't look any better when he finished. He then looked at me and said "I really don't know what your complaining about." He could have turned this into an opportunity to make a customer happy. Read Less

Went here for mani/pedis for a wedding. There were 6 adults and 2 children getting services. When my mother went to pay for the services at the beginning of the appointment to avoid getting her nails junked up at the end, digging through her purse, they threw a fit. One worked accused us of changing our minds on what we wanted, despite the fact we were all very clear up front as we walked in, with exactly what we wanted. We had two kids polish hand and feet, four pedis (one of which was a French finish), four manis (two regular polish, one shellac, and one French finish). Used to be my go to nail spot for a couple years. My favorite technicians disappeared one by one for greener pastures and I am leaving too. This shop has gone down in quality and customer service month over month, especially in the last year. At the beginning of this summer I had an appt where they botched my gel manicure. This was the worst nail salon my mother and I have ever visited. We walked in, not a single person said hello or asked if we had an appointment or what services we wanted. We decided to wait a little long and see if anyone came to talk to us. Three nail technicians walked by to put nail polish back on their shelves and never said a word. One technician pulled her phone out to not make eye contact or communicate. We wanted for 20 minuets with nothing. Absolutely poor management and poor staff. Would not recommend to ANYONE!!! Beautiful relaxing setting, they take as much time as possible to make sure that you leave happy. The massage chairs are great and help to get you relaxed while having a peticure. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely make an appointment as they are usually busy. It's great for a larger group as they have enough people and seating to accommodate. We went for mani/peties a few days before my sister's wedding. They did a very nice job on each of us. I had an issue with the way my manicure was done, but the owner stopped what he was doing and took the time to redo my manicure. He was really great as were most of the staff. Really the only issue was that they charged the same price for my 3yr old niece as they did for the adults. I had my nails done at the new Waterford location 2 times.They looked Absolutely terrible. I went back a second time just to make sure it wasn't just a bad day for the nail tech. I will pst a picture in the comments for everyone to see. The lady filled my nails in less than 15 min. She got an attitude with me because I didn't want pink and white nails. As if I wasn't going to tip her if I spent less money. She said white tips with acrylic would never look good. I've always got my nails done like that. This place is beautiful but unfortunately the quality of the service is not up to the looks of the place. The staff is not consistent, sometimes they are friendly and service oriented, but other times the business seems to be run by the busy technicians that do not have the time to answer the phone in a pleasant manner or perform a pedicure listening to one's needs, disregarding questions being asked or preferences requested. Like I said, this place doesn't have consistency ...in how they perform a service; depending on the person you get, you can have a pedi that is very well done or you can just have your feet soaked with a mediocre, superficial and quick service. I had a girl that seemed new, untrained and unresponsive to my questions. I had to be directing her on what to do as she didn't seem to put enough detail in each of the regular steps I would expect to have based on previous, better visits. When I asked if she could dry off the back of my legs as she left them wet, she seemed to be impatient and answered in a very unkind way that she had already toweled them off; I had to explain that my legs were still wet in the back to which she responded "I'm going to put lotion" but she didn't seem to care that I was feeling uncomfortable and still wet. Her demeanor was careless, impatient and tense. She rushed the entire service while making comments in a foreign language with her colleagues. I felt uncomfortable. She skipped the hot towel step they usually do and when I asked her if they weren't doing this anymore, she looked at me upset and answered "I do it later, you have to wait". This was the final straw. I realized that I was being more stressed by this experience than relaxed, which was my original wish. The manager wasn't in, so a technician with very little customer service skills made things worse by demanding (with a very bad attitude) that I should give the girl time to do her job. He didn't listen to what I had to say, didn't care what my experience had been, he just wanted me to sit and either have her finish the job or have another girl do it, but my time there had been so unpleasant I just wanted to leave. I offered to pay part of what I got as a "pedicure" (if you can call it that) but he, again, in very bad manners (almost yelling at me), demanded full payment. Communication is an issue when trying to talk to someone that has no intention to listen and no stake in the business as this place seems to be run by unprofessional employees.
