If I could give this no stars I would. I went there, and my acrylics were twice the thickness they should’ve been. They weren’t the correct shape or size. I asked for them to be shorter and he told Me they wouldn’t go any shorter. I also asked for a matte topcoat, and the guy put it on and then goes “no we’re doing shiny” and applied it over top. My friend just went there getting her nails done for vacation and they started cracking because they didn’t apply the topcoat over the entire nail. She went back and told her that it was her fault. All they did was put another coat of color onto her nail. I will never recommend this place to anyone in a million years. Read Less

The most terrible salon ever! The most ugly manicure ever! Also they do not have new packages for manicure , they just use the same one for every customer. I was surprised when Anna, the owner of salon, got cuticle nipper full of someone's cuticles inside 💩, like are you seriously??? I went in around 7:15pm one evening. The salon is far from a spa and is instead a cramped, crowded nail salon decorated excessively tacky. They closed at 8pm and told me that I wouldn't be able to get both a pedicure and a full set. The tech then decided there would be enough time to squeeze in both! I was super excited and pleased by their good customer service. That feeling quickly disappeared however, when the staff continued conversations with each other in a tone that made me feel as though they were talking about me. I don't mind when nail techs speak their native language, but it is off putting when they make gestures towards you and the room cracks up in laughter. In any case, it is unprofessional conduct in a service industry. My pedicure was not well tended too. The massage was essentially nonexistent and my nails were dull by the time they dried. My full set had to be fully replaced less than a week and a half later because all of my nails began lifting and chipping at the edges. It was sad how easily the next nail tech was able to pop off the remaining ones in order to replace them.I was incredibly disappointed that I paid money for this job and surprised at how high other ratings are.
