I went in on Friday, and got the gel manicure and pedicure done. I left my usual place, and decided to try this place out since my friends had such great things to say about them. I went in and Lana did my gel nails, which look just spectacular. She was so attentive to my nails, and was very detailed with my nails. She answered my questions about the brand of nail polishes, and how they dry so quickly. Afterwards, Kim did my pedicure which I was over the moon with. I was a first timer at pt nails. I came in on Monday, and I was like wow inside it looks very clean and nice. They have a lot of employees who were working.I came in and Nancy did my nails and she did a great job. She explained the process to me which made me pretty comfortable, so I decided to do a pedicure also. Kim did my pedicure it was so relaxing she massaged very well. This place was highly recommend to me, and I'm gonna recommend this place to everyone I know. Relaxing spot for a pedicure which is $25 and a full set which was pretty good priced. I feel like this place is under new management since I was last there. The man that did my pedi today was rough. I've now got a few sore spots that I didn't have when I went in. A woman rushed him out of the way and did a sloppy job of painting my toes. Doubt I'll return. Read Less

The guy rushed to do my nails they looked horrible so i had him repaint them he threw a fit and said nails arent perfect! acrylic nails wernt even down to my cuticle And they ended up breaking and were grown out already im less than a week. Read Less

I have been going to get my nails here for 3 years now. I love the people here (Lana, Nancy, and Tom). Lana is so sweet and does the best job. She is very nice, and the best nail tech I have been to. They have so many different nail polish. The pedicure chairs actually work! Nancy and Lana have done my pedicures. Nancy and Lana do a great job!! They are the best nail salon in our area. They have clean pedicure tubs and do a great job! I always tell my friends about this place. They in my opinion don't charge enough money! They do a great job! Read Less

Don't waste your time like I did! I went there for the first time to get manicure, I go in, only 3 customers and I'm like awesome! Hardly any wait! I've been to nails salons before, the wait I know its part of it... After I was told to pick a color I sat down, about 15 minutes later I get asked to sit on one of the pedicure chairs, OK, no problem... I keep waiting.... After 15 to 20 more minutes someone offers to turn on the water, I have to clarify that I'm just getting a manicure... They discussed the confusion and I keep waiting...after about 10-15 minutes another customer comes in, she seems to friendly with the staff. At this point one of the previews customers is done, so I'm like yay!! My turn! Nope, the guy that was available now gets asked to finish one of the other remaing 2, so I think...OK, maybe she's the manicure expert... Nope... She goes to the waiting area and brings the other customer to her chair while I still wait... I'm getting very annoyed now. So they talk and the employee says, be right back and goes to get lunch in the back... About 20 more minutes go by. Finally she's done and how's back to her table, about 15 more minutes go by, I'm still in the pedicure chair, I finally get addressed again and ask if I could wait about 30 more minutes!!! Are you serious!? So I said no and left, felt very mad that I had just wasted that time! I don't mind waiting for people that are ahead of me, I could've waited all day, but to have to wait because they want to take care of their friends , who I'm sure would have been OK with waiting for her turn!!! Went to PT Nails for the first time yesterday with my 7 year old daughter. The staff was professional, efficient and did a good job on our pedicures. They charged me less for my daughters mani/pedi even though I didn't see a lower price posted which was nice. For $25 you can't beat the pedicure I received which included a sugar scrub and massage.
