This place is horrible very dirty and nasty got upset when I explained to them I wanted them to rewash the bucket that they do pedicures in then say they do every nail design on Pinterest and when you take them a design they can't never do it very very dirty place don't go to the back to try and use the restroom they have garbage laying everywhere half of a car seat to like a van half of a booth to a restaurant a big 15 year old screen TV all sites and stuff laying on the floor not sanitary whatsoever Read Less

Lucky is the best.I will only see him. I walk in sometimes and say you deside I don't care. Never disappointment. Today was no different. I have been going there so long he even gave me the "birthday special" free design. Love it. And for all the haters that say it is dirty. I think it is really just old. Could use a pick me up. Very dirty nail salon! They do not clean at all. They also are very rude to customers, they tell customers to go to the other salon PT nails if you want a nice salon. My nails honestly look horrible and disgusting. They have a bunch of mean employees who treat you like scum. They also used prohibited tools on your feet. I'm pretty sure I got a fungus after this! Horrible job... the owner was so unprofessional he yelled at his wife while still in the salon in range of all the customers. The nail tech who was doing my nails stood up and yelled at both of them in Vietnamese. I was literally speechless then he sat down and then he took a towel from the ground and before putting it on my feet I yelled and said absolutely not! Never going her again!!!! Read Less

Very disappointing experience, and this is coming from someone in the beauty industry. It is FILTHY. I wanted to give this place a shot because it's close to my home. I came in for a pedicure and gel manicure. I think my nail tech was new, or maybe unlicensed. She was talking to herself the entire time, and had exposed wounds on her arms which concerned me. She spilled nail polish remover in my pedicure water and had no idea how to massage or do any of the basic nail techniques. This woman was not very nice and kept forcing my foot back in the water after I told her I didn't want to soak anymore (because of spilled remover). She randomly got up and left and didn't come back for 15 minutes, so I was just sitting there waiting awkwardly. Finally another nail tech came over and finished the job she started. He seemed to have a better idea of what he was doing so I thought I was saved. Nope! It gets worse... A female nail tech started my gel manicure. She got up seven times to go serve other clients. She scraped several layers off of my nail (not just the cuticle) with a cuticle pusher. Now they are all scratched up and weak (I walked in with strong, healthy nails that I worked hard to grow out for a vacation). She randomly got up and started doing someone else's pedicure, then told me to move stations. Ok...I did, but no one ever cleaned off the new station, there were old towels and nail clippings all over (not to mention this place is absolutely disgusting from top to bottom). Another male nail tech, possibly the owner, finished my gel polish. They quoted me a lower price last week for these services ($45) and it was $5 more today for some reason. I questioned this, and he nastily told me I should go to a nail salon up the street if I didn't want to pay their prices. I tried to explain further and also politely told him this was a very unsatisfactory experience but he just stared at me blankly. I paid and left. I wish I had refused to pay. My nails look terrible and I feel dirty like I may catch an infection from this place. Their practice of sanitation is VERY poor. I should've left sooner. You really do get what you pay for, and this place should not be in business. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I have yet to have a good experience here. This place is TERRIBLE!!!! The last time I was here, the woman who did my manicure and pedicure was very rude to me, she did ok on the pedicure until the painting. She was terrible at painting, and my manicure was a joke!!! She legitimately only trimmed and painted my nails... hardly considered a manicure in my opinion. Then, today... I thought I'd give them another chance. That was a MISTAKE. I got a new woman this time. Came on for mani/pedi, but left with just a pedicure because it was the worst experience ever and I couldn't stand sitting there any longer. The woman had sores on her arms, which she wiped with a towel and then used that same towel to wipe my legs and feet. Absolutely sickening! I took pictures so if I get some weird sores on my legs I'm going to be making some serious phone calls!! The lady doing my pedicure was laughing and talking to herself the whole time, and she clearly didn't know what she was doing. She waited till the end to take off my old polish... and she used half a bottle of lotion (at least!) on my legs.. she continued rubbing as if all of that lotion was going to soak in...it did not. I had white legs because of the amount of lotion she used. She then took the same dirty towel and wiped it off my legs. I'm extremely disappointed. She couldn't paint toenails. The polish was all over my skin! Another worker there had to stop me and fix my toes because they looked so horrible! I appreciate that man because no one else cared about how awful it looked. When I went to pay, I didn't hear the man so I asked him what he said and another worker yelled across the room what my total was. I was not being rude, nor was the issue that I didn't understand him, I just simply didn't hear him. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE! Worst nail place I've ever been to. Do not go here!
