I just had the worst experience. First, I was told to sit in a pedi chair and waited long enough for someone to complete their pedi experience before water was turned on. Then Danny came over to work on my pedi and it got worse. Water was luke warm. Even though I asked for warmer water. Then he claims I had a massage when he slathered onto my leg what he referred to as a scrub and lotion all in one, apparently that was the massage. When he started with the polish, I asked, where's the massage? But each time he responded with this look of confusion and insisted I had one. Then the part that really pissed me off was he made no attempt to be friendly at all or to make sure I was happy with the service, instead, he put his headphones on. Apparently listening to music was his way to cope with an unhappy customer. When we got done. He said, sit here for your manicure. That was the last straw. I told him, If it's with you, I don't want one. I told the eyebrow lady (sorry, no name given), her response was, oh, you wanted a deluxe pedicure. 1) Deluxe or otherwise, you should have a massage. 2) I wasn't asked what I wanted, barely spoken too. I took care of my eyebrows, paid my bill, tipped the eyebrow lady generously, didn't stay to dry my toes, I just left. It was apparent that no one in that place wanted to do right by me.
