I used to come here all the time for pedicures and manicures and always had awesome service. The last time I came here my pedicure was great. However, I was passed off to someone else to do my manicure. The guy who was supposed to complete my manicure put his headphones in and turned on a video to watch on his phone. He then proceeded to cut my cuticles in 4 places. I was bleeding and instead of trying to stop the blood he just painted over it. If you value your hands, DO NOT COME HERE. I had a manicure last night and it turned out beautifully, it was exactly what I asked for. The gentleman that did my nails (sat at #17) did a phenomenal job. I asked for coffin cut nails and he was very meticulous, making sure they were all shaped the same way, the same length and that the coffin cut shape was clearly visible. TERRIBLE!!! I went and got my nails done at chair #17 and the guy was extremely rude, did nothing that I wanted and picked the design himself. My middle finger nail broke the next day and the paint was literally peeling off my thumbs the same day and a huge bubble was on my nails. Some do good jobs, others are rude and do bad work. My sister and I came here and when we got there 2 employees were screaming at each other right in the middle of the pedicure stations. The entire salon was stopped and staring at them. Not a single person told them to stop or tried to move them to a back room until 10 minutes into the screaming match. Then when we finally got started with the pedicure my lady didn’t even introduce herself to me. She just grabbed my feet and threw them into the water. The water was lukewarm. She kept pulling and pushing my feet instead of just tapping them or talking to me to move them. She continues to talk to the employee next to her instead of to me or asking if I was okay. While she was cutting my cuticle, she cut my skin. The biggest issue of the whole experience is when she handed me the menu, I seen a $25 pedicure and she said she couldn’t do that one and I had to get the more expensive one.. okay so being that I’m getting scrubs and a more expensive pedi, you’d think it would take more time??? My entire pedicure didn’t even take 20 minutes.. the mask that she had to soak was super thin and watery. So paying for the extra one was completely pointless. Before my sister was done with her massages, my toes were already drying. When she told me the total, I still tipped her and she walked away saying thank you without asking for change expecting that I had to tip her. While was drying, she never once came and asked if I was okay or if I needed anything. When I got home that night, I noticed that NONE of my nails are even filed at the same length. Today I went in to see Bruce, who does a wonderful job, to fix a broken nail. But he wasn't there. So the guy who was managing at the time sent me over to see a lady in booth 13 I believe( when you first walk in it is the second booth on the right hand side.) She looked at my nail and told me to go back to the person who originally did it! I said "The manager just told me to come see you." She gave me the dirtiest look and rolled her eyes at me! I told her if she didn't want to do my nails I would gladly go somewhere else. I went to tell the manager. He spoke to her in their native tongue so Im not sure what he said. He sent me over to a different guy. The guy was not busy. He just looked at me. I told him the manager sent me over. He then yelled across the room in their native tongue and then sent me to someone else. The lady was very sweet and did her best but my nail turned out crooked 😞. I didn't realize it while she was doing it and by this time I was so frustrated with how i was treated I just wanted to leave. I usually don't have issues with this place but I will never go back and this is why: No apology was offered for how I was treated and I was handled poorly. WORST nail salon ever. I will never go back here again. Didn't even scrub my feet completely during my pedicure, then I was getting a fill and the lady cut my nails all up on the sides and told me I needed a new set, I asked for someone else and she fixed them but not very well. Went with my mother and sister to try this place out since we had gift certificates. The guy at the front was very nice and said we would pick a color and the girls would go grab it for us. After my sister picked a color, mid way through pedicure they had her walk to go get it (obviously barefoot), so she had to walk on the floor that obviously isn't clean in the middle of the day due to traffic to go get it cause the girl didn't do it like she was supposed to. My girl and my mothers girl got ours for us so that was good. Then we paid for gel nails that were done as acrylic with gel polish. Which is NOT how gel nails are done. Their excuse was that it was gel polish. Gels are not done with acrylic powder. Some of the ladies were clearly not happy to be there as some were pretty snippy. My first time here and I can honestly say I'll be back. The manicure turned out so beautiful. Love how the lady took her time! I walk by this place all the time and it is so beautiful from the outside I have always wanted to go in. I finally came in on a Wednesday for a manicure and a pedicure they were not as busy as they normally seem. The person I had was the rudest nail tech I have ever come across of. While getting a pedicure I was discussing what nail colors I wanted with my best friend The person doing my pedicure kept telling me no that will look ugly or no you're not going to like that to a point it was annoying. All I wanted was something sparkly. The pedicure was good quick and efficient nothing to rave about but I enjoyed the hot stones. When I went over to get my manicure my nail technician told me she was not up for making conversation so she pulled out her phone and started watching YouTube videos in her language. When her show was on a commercial break she asked me if my 26 year old friend was my daughter ..... I am 27 :/ during my nails she also felt he need to get a snack and kept eating candy. Sadly I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. This nail salon deserves zero stars. The staff is very rude. The customer service is bad. The woman who did my nails was not patient. She became upset with me when I was trying to pick out my nail color. She didn't give me enough time to figure out which color I liked. Then, she rushed to paint my nails. She didn't put enough coats of nail polish on my nails, and she did not paint my nails neatly. :( Overall, the nail work did not look professional. The nail salon is pretty, but that doesn't outweigh bad customer service. I wish the owner would step in and correct this problem. We spend our hard earned money so we deserve good customer service. I had a horrible experience here! I had been a regular customer for well over 7 years before the remodeled. Management has no regard for the concerns and issues of their customers. I believe their mentality is, since we're located in the mall we will always have a influx of "money," rather than providing quality service. Once you receive a service you're provided with a stamp card which the price is added to and once your total is $300 you receive a $20 gift certificate. I had already received two of these gifts certificates which goes to show I've spent well over $600 in this establishment! A couple times I went in for services and may have forgotten my card or switched purses so I had two different cards basically which in total was over the $300 threshold there was about $500 total of services combined. I came in to get my nails done and receive my gift certificate not looking for the remainder to be rolled over but to start with a new card and they refused! I was told that it had to be on one card and if it wasn't the staff were supposed to leave a note smh I explained that well no one explained that to me and I told them I had a different card, these types of stipulations should be explained Upfront and followed through on. I went on explaining that I had spent well over $1000 in this place not counting the times I didn't even get the card stamped! The nail tech there did a horrible job. She was so rude through the whole process. She even snapped at me a couple of times. I probably could have took the snapping if she did a great job but my nails didn't last 2 weeks. She put so much clear coat on 2 of them that it was dripping off. Just had my nails done this evening. I came in for a full set with shellac. The pinky nail is crooked and they're all shaped different. I asked for my pinky nail to be straightened out and the man made a excuse not to. Also if you zoom in the shellac was poorly done. I was charged 45.00 for this. Worst experience ever, my husband treated us to a day date and this is where we started.First red flag was the attitude we were given when we did not upgrade from the basic $31 mani/pedi service. They said (from what I could understand) was the basic was just a foot soak no  exfoliating, no hot towels or lotion and I could only have color on my toes, clear for hands only. And they were very rude about it, the older man that did mine - I think his name was Ruby? A pregnant woman worked on my husband- when my husband asked if she could use the pumice stone on his heels she yelled and said NO! Basic service only!!! They gossiped amongst themselves in their native language (Vietnamese?) and you knew b/c some words were obvious like pumice stone and glaring at us as the spoke, they put the clear polish on our nails they basically booted us out, hence no tip!!!! Took my bff and our daughters for her birthday since this is her usual spot, all 4 of us got pedicures only.  (I had previously never been since I live in a different area.)  We were sat quickly, but of the 4 of us only 3 were quickly started; we were almost done before someone even started on my daughter... Positives--1. All 4 of the technicians we had were friendly, skilled and fast without making us feel rushed.  2. Like most nail spa/salons the massage chairs were great & between them & the experience itself we left pretty relaxed.  3. We all got the cheapest option ($35 each) but they did way more than my usual place with hot stones, blue stuff and warm towels! Negatives--1. my daughter having to wait, luckily we didn't have anything planned afterwards that we had to rush to; but I feel like they should have waited til 4 technicians were free so that we could all be done at once...at least it wasn't the birthday girl though2. Due to the language barrier/heavy accent I didn't realize that there wouldn't be a line for a tip when paying so I had to get $$ out of the atm for that (I never have cash, just use debit for everything).  The technician gave me the total, I said ok assuming he was just letting me know in advance what it was...Overall, if I'm in the area I'll stop again Read Less

I wanna love this place because of how easy it is to go to the mall and get my nails done even on a Sunday for my last few visits haven't been good. While the atmosphere is nice it doesn't make up for the language barriers ride staff and irritation. I've been going here on and off for many years and I will be changing that. The owner gave me a hard time on the frequent spender voucher said I had to pay in cash only and couldn't use my debit card   , so I don't get credit towards $20 off even though I regularly spend $50-80$ monthly there. I've been here a couple times. Service is mediocre at best. I met a friend here because she loves it and wanted me to join her. I really question why she keeps returning.  I received a shellac mani/and a pedicure. The gentleman who did the pedicure YANKED skin from around my nail and when I questioned him he said I had a hang nail. LIE! I take very good care of my feet and would have known if this was the case. Now, I'm hoping I don't get an infection. This gentleman also did a rush job on the hot stone, put stinking, sopping wet hot towels around my legs with blue something underneath. After sending me to the manicure station, i had to get guy to wipe my legs down because he didnt clean the blue stuff off. LIKE I SAID, A RUSH JOB. The one star is for the color of my nails which are receiving compliments. Unfortunately after 5 days, the shellac manicure is peeling and now I have a sore and scabbed big toe! Money down the drain! I've been coming to this nail salon for a couple years now-I typically get shellac on my hands and feet and pedicures. It's a relaxing feel and usually nails are done nice. I feel that it depends on who you see here, some techs are very nice and really take their time to do a great job on your nails. Recently, the last 2 women who did my nails were extremely distracted (talking and laughing the entire time in their language so I had no idea what was being said, and IMO, that is unprofessional and very rude) they rushed through it and seemed very irritated to be doing my nails. It's not the friendliest place, but it's convenient (in the mall) and fairly quick - they want you in an out so the next person can be started.  I had a manicure and pedicure in late May 2015, and it was a decent experience.  My toes and fingers looked nice and I was happy with the quality.Here's my problem with many of the nails salons in the area, including the Deluxe Salon:  when in the public area, English should be the only language spoken.  I understand that many of the employees have come from overseas and it's not their first language.  But if you are going to be spending time here, you need to communicate with your customers.  I would be so much happier if I could talk with the ladies (and guys) in the shop.This last visit, I was using a gift certificate which was great.  I was able to talk with the woman who did the work on my feet and fingers and it was so nice to talk with her about her children, vacation plans, and more.I will return to this salon in the future. Came up for pedi with best friend from Florida and went for the $30 sea salt pedi, ladies doing our pedi rushed through, talked to each other and we felt like we were a bother and they couldn't get done fast enough.  Hot stones were not hot,  they rubbed them so fast over our legs you didn't even know you were getting the massage.
