I've seen KIM'S work all over social media and her work looked amazing. I have never been to this nail salon before. I call on a THURSDAY afternoon and I speak with Kim. We had a short conversation, I asked her if she had anything available for the following day, FRIDAY, she said yes and proceeded to get my information to schedule the appointment for 10 am. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, I wasn't able to make it at 10 am unfortunately. So I end up calling her back at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. I tell her that I wasn't able to make my appointment, apologized, and asked if I could reschedule. She straight up said "No i cannot schedule an appointment for you". At this point I was upset because I wanted and anticipated to make it to my appointment but had to come into work early. I have never been to this place before NOR DID SHE TELL ME WHEN WE SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT THAT "NO SHOWS CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED" Nothing was told to me about any policy. The cherry on top is that I called to schedule, the EVENING BEFORE MY APPT DATE/TIME.. it is pretty unlikely that someone else would've taken that slot.I was very apologetic and all KIMMY was is RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, AND ARROGANT. Okay I've never had acrylics before so I was very nervous. I'm used to doing shellac every 4 weeks and I know acrylics are a little more tedious. I felt comfortable right off the bat!! Kimy is soooo sweet and makes you feel right at home. She did such an amazing job. Not to mention her kids are the absolute cutest!! Will totally come back every time without hesitation!I had to edit this because the nails all broke off within the first 5 days. Still very beautiful but not worth the $45. Read Less

Went in for a shellac manicure. My nails started lifting 4 days after the manicure. Very disappointed. I think their expertise is more in acrylic and not in shellac. No bonding agent was applied, which other salons do, so I wonder if that made the difference. Will not be going back. I even asked if they sanitized the utensils, and they told me there was no need as they were stainless steel. Not the response I was looking for and not scientific. Other salons do sanitize their utensils and have packages they open in front of you. Bummed, as I really wanted this to be a new salon I'd have on my list to go to. They were overall very friendly (gave an extra star for that), but it didn't make up for everything else. Read Less

Kimy is unreal! She has the best services and has the best heart ever! Nobody that does my nails like her! I receive so many compliments on my nails when she does them! She's up to date on all techniques and most of all she always has the new products in! I recommend Kimy to everyone who loves a family oriented salon! Read Less

I came here because I was in the area and there was great reviews and all I can say is wow! Kimy is so sweet, funny, and personable... she did a beautiful full set French manicure! Usually nail salon visits consists of awkward silence but I felt like my best friend was doing my nails. It's definetly worth the drive here to come by Kimy and get great service! I was looking for a new nail shop as the one I went to for many years was getting worse with every visit (owner needs a class or two on customer service..very rude person).To my surprise, I believe I have found my new shop on the first visit. We just stopped in to check this place out, one of my girlfriends recommend this place. We got lucky, it was a slow time, they could give both me and the hubby a pedicure. The ladies we very nice and provided a very relaxing and safe (sterile) pedicure. We will definitely be back! Read Less
