Update please read all- i like how the owner responded to the review and doesnt accept responsibility of the poor service performed or apologise for how their employees treated their customers so poorly and called 911 because she asked for a refund due to the terrible service provided. We were honesty affraid for our saftey the way the guy you employ was acting. We were kind of glad he called 911 hoping police actyally came just for our saftey. Neither of us have ever experienced an employee act like that anywhere ever. Also fyi you damaged her actual nail when grinding too deep to put the replacement nail on that you replaced... Beware of this place. They actually call 911 if you ask for a refund due to their terrible services performed. Read entirely for all info. One star is too much for this place. My girlfriend went here to have an acrylic fill done and the not even one day later one nail was falling off and another cracked where they fixed it. They didn't even fill around the nails properly. Also they drilled her nail so hard the finger hurt. We went back the next day to ask for a refund because she has to go somewhere else to have them fixed properly. They at first refused to give a refund unless they removed the nails which obviously she didn't want them touching her after what happened. When she refused to let them touch her they called 911 on us for asking for a refund. I never have experienced such unprofessional behavior from a business. When we explained to them that 911 is for emergency use and that them calling for something as immature as this situation that they could be risking someone's safety the man who works there that was acting psychotic the entire time replied I don't care. Instead of doing what was right and refunding her for terrible service provided they called 911 over a 15.00 refund. I just have never experienced something like this. Beware of going here for anything. Not just due to horrible services but also they have psychotic employees acting threatening and calling 911 for asking for a refund. They did finally refund her after speaking to the owner and making her sign some paper saying they are not liable if she gets an infection from drilling too deep into the nail and not allowing them to remove her acrylic nails because she was afraid to let them touch her with the way they were acting. This place is awful. It’s a Chinese nail salon that uses low quality polish. They had a dog in the business. That is very unprofessional and inconsiderate especially for people with allergies. They also rushed me. The nail polish was cheap quality and wore off fast. And if it was not bad enough, if you have a Coupon or Groupon or anything like that than you will be treated like trash here. Really really wanted to love this nail salon! It was my first time there and the "spa" part was amazing! Massage feet and legs, hot rocks, hot towels. I'd give that 5 stars. Now I didn't realize until I really looked close at my toenails, I got cut and the polish is not even, honestly I could have done a better job. Not to mention my two thumbnails are already chipped. Spent over 2 hours there and I just really thought it was better. Nice staff but at the same time you can tell they like to chat about or towards you. And we had no idea what they were saying 90% of the time! Sorry but too expensive for what I recieved. Left a nice tip too and I regret it. 😞 I honestly really wanted to like this place! I loved this nail salon. I've been to quite a few places and this is my favorite place! They gave me a nice pedicure with a very nice massage and exfoliated. They also did a very nice job on the painting of my manicure and pedicure. This was my first time using the paraffin wax and it was so moisturizing! The whole thing did take a bit of time but it was well worth it! I will definitely be going here again! Read Less

I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years now. Yesterday I tried a new salon and Diane was amazing. She stayed open an hour and half late just to fit me in. She didn't cut any corners!
