Decent pedicure for the price, ($29 for scrub, hot towel, heel callous treatment, massage and shaping/ painting nails). They take a good amount of time. Very clean and they dont reuse any porous implements. Only negatives in my opinion is the upcharge on certain brands of polish, and not speaking in English to each other in front of clients. The hours that they put online are lie, and the hours that they put on the front of their door are lies as well. In the winter they close at 7 and if no one comes in at 6:30 they just close. This is the only place I go for my nails and waxing now. Kathy is fantastic. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. I really like the pedicure massage chairs - very comfy and relaxing! Price is great for the quality services you get. The spa is clean, they change the liner and water for pedicures between all clients and you take your file and buffer home with you. I always make appointments when I go in for nail services, but I frequently walk in without an appointment for a wax and they have never turned me away. My experience was not good. I went here prior to my vacation and got a pedicure and shellac manicure. My pedicure was semi decent, but my shellac experience was terrible. The man assisting was rushing, rough and not thorough. My nails looked so bad when I left. I tons him I was not happy because the shellac was peeling off already. He did not cut my cuticles correctly which resulted in the lifting....I'm assuming. They made me pay after I told him I was not happy. I'm not one to complain...but this was awful. They forgot to put on spacers for my toes 2 visits in a row which led to me having to wait longer in the salon for my toes to dry as opposed to having spacers in and walking out earlier. The lady doing my toes asked me if I liked it and I said one thing about my nail polish on my cuticle and another lady came and looked at it and said it's good. I didn't understand the point of asking me and telling me it's good. Some workers in here are very passive and don't put in the effort they should. I have been here twice, first time was when the first opened and advertised a 20 dollar pedi.  I loved that my pedi lasted me longer than a month( I always get french so I can go a month no problem) I had a very nice experience and it was actually 20 dollars. I went back at the beginning of flip flop season this year and was so disappointed  at how things had changed.  No more rose petals in the water (kinda dumb but a cute touch anyway) the staff was rude, prices shot up so much for what they offer, they never offered me a beverage and my tech couldn't understand English when I asked her so I just sat there.  They are not organic at all which really doesn't matter that much to me but if you claim to be organic then be organic. The tech smudged my big toe when she put the flip flops on me and did not offer to fix it and when I pay 55 dollars for a pedi, I want it to look decent as I walk out of there but again, she didn't understand English.  I will not go back as there are so many salons in the area that I need to discover. For starters, I really couldn't give a flying truck about whether or not it was organic or not....I got a gift certificate for my birthday, I went, now I review.Service was fine, I was showed which nail polishes to chose from....some were extra charge, some were free.   I chose free..They plop you in a chair, and give you a menu to chose which services you would like.  I had a $44 amount, so I chose a $33 pedicure and a paint joy for my nails $10...I've had way better pedicures, for sure...I'm feeling my feet now, that are still cracked and have not been properly buffed up...paint job looks pretty good tho...so I'll be okay. Nail paint looks fine, but I have good nail beds and hands, so no real prize given to the salon for what I've brought to the table.The interior is serene, maybe a bit boring actually..I just honestly don't think I'd go back...it's just not my style... I've had way better experiences for way less money..The salon itself is off of Hall Rd. (M-59) So there's that...Staff was friendly, so no turn offs there...You may want to check it out, it's not horrible...I just wasn't super impressed,  and I'd think twice before spending my own money.. This is the cleanest nail salon that I've ever been to. They actually line the pedicure tubs with clean plastic wraps. It is also the most expensive nail salon that I've been to. The first time I went for a pedicure the lady was wonderful. However today the experience was subpar. First of all the owner was rude, condensending and Sarcastic. They have a sign out front that quotes a pedicure price then after being very rude he brings over a price list and asks what pedicure I'd like. I tell him the one that's on the sign which really isn't the accurate price. That pedicure includes nothing. They then upsell you for every step. I felt like I was at luv. It was not a relaxing experience. Not worth the money I paid. The person cut my foot never apologized, was demeaning about my feet. Save your money. There is nothing organic about this nail salon and I did not see a license anywhere on the wall or cash wrap as they are supposed to be displayed. Read Less

This place has a nice ambience and it is clean and pretty. The people working there are nice enough. Pedicure chairs are awesome! But don't be fooled. Even though they use new tools or cleaner tools, and change the liner in the pedicure tub after each client, that does not make it organic. I have been to truly organic spas in New York City and Los Angeles and this one has much to be desired. I don't want to complain more than necessary to help other Yelpers because people in this world have no food or clean water and nails files badly grow back. Anyways first world problems here goes: When I asked her why she did not use the organic topcoat another nail tech came over and told me the stuff I preferred was $4 extra. I told her that a $44 mani pedi advertised as organic should include remover, not douse me with alcohol and use organic hand lotion. Orange FHC #4 or whatever isn't organic and it's in the lotions. I told my nail tech I preferred the top coat that was organic and it was part of the price i was quoted. I was very clear when she and I spoke upon my arrival about making sure I knew what I was getting so this was not a communication issue. She told me no it didn't. I might go back again because I appreciate the care they take to not reuse gross things but it's doubtful. I'll just let me toes be as they are til i can get back to NYC. Ugh. Read Less

It is located in the same plaza as Party City not across the street as directed by google maps. All organic no acrylic in house, which means no fumes or smells. TV's are muted and they play nice calming piano music. Very relaxing. They did a great job on my nails. They use bowl liners in the pedi bath and new pumice kit for each person.  Complimentary wine or soft drinks are offered. Very friendly. Great overall experience. I will go back! Read Less

I've been here about 6 times since they've opened, and today will likely be my last. I went in for a manicure 18 dollar manicure! The man doing my nails barely cut my cuticles, didn't use lotion, and had polish all over my skin. I called the male owner over (when I was able to get his attention 10 minutes of being under the dryer already!)asked if someone would fix the polish on the skin at least. He sent over another lady, who did try her best and noticed that the polish wasn't even. Instead of redoing the manicure added 5 more layers of polish and top coat to my nails, instead of just redoing them...she then attempted a message of my forearms....I expressed I was really disappointed, not with her but the entire experience. The female owner the wife, tells me before I leave, " Make sure you see me or John next time we are the owners, we'll do a better job." Wow, thanks! They didn't offer money off, or a discount next time, or even to fix my now ridiculously thick looking nails for the service I just paid for, that she herself looked disgusted with. Went here for the first time. It was great not having to smell the stink of acrylics. I got a pedi with regular nail polish  (not organic or shellac) and it was comparably priced with other nail salons. You pay a bit extra for the type of polish you want but other than that I found the place to be reasonably priced. I appreciated that the nail tech timed my massage part. Sometimes I feel like they rush or spend uneven amounts of time on one foot/leg than the other, but here she set an actual timer. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back! Read Less

This place is horrible. First, the owner was not professional and made fun of myself and my friend, making sarcastic comments about us getting our nails done together, and then then charged me a completely different price than what was listed for my manicure. The woman who gave me the manicure cut my cuticle and I left w a bloody manicure. The owner saw what happened and did nothing about it and still charged me full price. I do not think you should ever be cut or leave bleeding when you get a manicure and in the event that does happen, they should overly apologize and not charge you or do something to make it up to you. So, not all of their products are organic. And The manicure started chipping 3 days after I had it done. Which shouldn't happen considering I chose the gel option. I do not recommend this place. Didn't get a good vibe as soon as I walked in since the girl at front desk was very unfriendly and quite rude.  Feet weren't any softer, even though I supposedly got the premium pedicure. Nice shop inside  but more expensive  than ANY other  place I've  been  for a shellac   mani and pedi. First of all the lady  that performed  the service  couldn't  speak any English  other than, "you like?" The man that worked there was rude and  a  smart ass. WORST PEDICURE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! BUYER Beware! My $46 pedicure left my dry cracking sore feet less than happy. By the end of the weekend my polish was coming off and my feet were cracked even more than before! The technician checked her phone multiple times DURING my service! She rushed through each service, it was not so much a hot stone massage as it was a hot stone exfoliation. She barely rubbed my feet at all. I mentioned my feet were cracked already and she did not respond to me at all!!! She left the mask on for less than 1 minute and when she was finished with her service she simply walked Away! When I asked if I could keep my stuff that she used on me she said yes and walked away! I mentioned I was not happy when I checked out and was told the management would be notified. I'm certain they weren't. I then called two days later, asking for at least a partial refund. Was offered gift certificates for more services and declined because I am uncertain of the quality of their service. He then compared his business to IHOP and said he was unhappy with his service but still had to pay for the food. My first pedi ever, and this has me spoiled.  The place has been opened for a year now, and it still looks brand new, so that means they take good care of their equipment.  The massage chairs aren't worn, dirty or stained, and work like a charm.  I thought everyone there was very amiable, and will definitely go back.  Prices for a pedi ranged form $29-$55, depending on what extra services you get, like scrub, clay mask, hot towel wrap, stone massage, paraffin wax, and organic nail polish.  It's well worth the extra $. Beautiful interior, terrible management, & poor customer service.  This spa definitely did a great job with creating a nice ambience.  If you're lucky enough not to get one of the male techs, then you can enjoy a nice, relaxing experience with, or without, a girlfriend. I've had both of the male techs and don't recommend.  One is the owner, and the other his friend.  Both are rude.  They eavesdropped on conversations, commented about our car (apparently watched us come in??), made fun of clients, and didn't have patience and good customer service.  The management lacks much to be desired.  Every time I've been there (4 times) something was wrong.  From the bathrooms not working to their phone lines being broken, there were issues impacting day to day business that they didn't care much about & shrugged off.The other major issue I have with this "spa" is that they claim to be organic.  Let me make this clear.  Organic lotion does not make for an organic pedicure. The remover and polish are equally important.  They do not use organic for these.  That being said, why would I pay 2.5-3x the cost????  If it was 100% organic maybe, but it is not.  They are definitely profiting hugely and it's not because of outstanding service, its because people are ignorant.  Don't drink the koolaid.  There are plenty of cheaper, friendlier places to go in the area. I've gone twice and I was very happy with the quality of my pedicure the first time I went. The spa is very clean and they use top of the line chairs and products. They also serve a complimentary glass of wine.However, my second experience wasn't so great. The second time, I had a pedi and a shellac mani (which totaled to $86). The nail tech started laughing after she applied the first coat of shellac to my nails and said she needed to redo them. Her coworkers also joked with her about her ability to apply shellac in front of me, which was a little unsettling. After she reapplied the shellac the second time, it turned out decently, but it wasn't perfect and definitely wasn't worth what I paid. The pedi started chipping the next day, and by mid-week, I was already in need of a pedicure.Really wanted to like this salon, but I'm not sure if I'll give them another try after my last experience.
