The lady that did my nails must not have been licensed cause she said I'd have to wait for someone else's if I wanted acrylics cause she couldn't do them. So I let her do gel polish on me and she applied it over the cuticles so the polish was lifting. I didn't ask her to fix it cause I was in a hurry, but I'll never go there again. Read Less

Very horrible. Nails look absolutely terrible. Size is off, shape is bizarre, they just look horrible all the way ariund. Ladies were totally rude. When called to ask for a refund or to get them fixed for free I got hung up on. Read Less

It's okay. Unfortunately a language barrier is present a lot. Prices are good. I used to love them everytime but last few visits I've been disappointed. The last time I went the lady had no idea what not too square and not too round meant and made the oddest shape on all my nails. I just moved to the Sterling Heights area and this place is in walking distance of my place. Let's just say I would rather drive further than to ever return to this place. I ended up with a girl that was clueless about how to do nails. And there was an older lady there trying to tell her what to do. I asked for someone else and she refused to give me anyone. Once the acrylic was on I said hell no!! My nails were so thick!! The older lady was rude and I got up and walked out. She said I should of asked for thin nails. When I entered they seemed ok, it was fairly clean... I wanted my eyebrows done and a fill in. The older woman was rude and abrupt and she got wax all in my hair. The girl that started my fill ins was very nervous and didn't speak ANY English at all. The older lady said I needed to talk to her and she would interpret to the girl. After she took 15 minutes to just prep my nails to be filled in she totally screwed up the first nailed TWICE! As I was trying to explain that she was struggling the older lady was getting very anoyed and was almost yelling in her language i feel ABOUT ME!!! another young lady that spoke perfect English came over and said she would take over. She was extremely rude and seemed very bothered with me. I will never go there again and they can continue to be rude and disrespectful to someone else. My money spends anywhere. I mean they do nails, but this place is gross. It's one of those shabby old cheap ones with fake flowers where they manhandle you, rush and don't speak a lick of English to care. I regretfully used this as my regular place for a few months. The one owner gets in "fights" with clients all the time and has drama with the other techs, it's awkward. More than once someone didn't want to even pay for their nails or didn't like them. (Which personally I think is a little absurd since it takes like over an hour to get your nails done so you have plenty of time to notice and tell them what you want... )But hey who am I? I literally had ny nails done a week ago today.. 1 broke off n 1 has chipped.. As for the rest they have all lifted.. I thought maybe its bcuz i had short nail beds but nope.. I went to 3 places to ask for their expertise and they all said the acrylic was bad.. I am very disappointed i also had a pedicure done and now my right foot looks like i have athletes feet... I went here in September after I've been going occasionally for years, but this time I had shelac on my nails from another place.  I complained about how it turns yellow after a few days & they told me "no worries, won't happen here".  They charged me an extra $5.00 to remove it, even though I was having it re-done there & had me soak my nails in the pure acetone the WHOLE TIME I WAS HAVING A PEDICURE.  Needless to say, my fingers were RAW by the time I told them I had had enough & take it off immediately.  I only started getting shelac on a regular basis after I never went there again.  I never went back for a few reasons, #1-A client should only be charged to have it removed if they don't have it re-applied#2-It turned yellow in the same amount of time#3-They didn't apply it well & it started peeling on the edges 2 days after I got it & the french looked like crap with edges not applied well at all.It's sad because I had been going there for over 5 years, with my daughter & now they have lost our business for good. . .over $5.00.I hope it was worth the extra $5.00 Jade Nails Read Less
