I used to frequent this salon. They do decent work. But the end product is only one side of service. Environment is just as important to me. I went on this past Wednesday and there was a customer in the chair on her phone (speaker) at the top of her voice. I waited to see if they were going to ask her to respect the other customers and be quiet, but no. They let her continue loudly & rudely on 3 separate calls. That kind of allowed energy warrants a decision. They wouldn't make it for the clients. So I decided to leave. Go if you want, but self care moments deserve peace. I have been coming here since I was in middle school and refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is great and will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are pleased. They can get very crowded at times so the best time to go is either right when they open or about an hour before they close. You come in, they ask you what you want, then you sit down and wait your turn. Sometimes that method can get hectic if 2 or 3 people come in at the same time but usually the issue is resolved very quickly. Kids are welcomed whether they are being serviced or not.
