I received the WORST pedicure EVER!!! The man/boy with sagging jeans that did my pedi was rough and rude!!! When I told him how I DIDN'T enjoy my pedi and that he didn't do a good job, he became combative, told me it didn't matter and continued to argue with me. I passed SEVERAL nail salons to go 10 miles from home to be treated like I didn't matter!! I will NEVER go here again and I will ask my friends who suggested it to NEVER go here again. If you don't respect me, you surely can't respect my money!!! Worst service ever!!!! Does not deserve to be open. This terrible business deserves NO stars!!! I have been going to this place for about a year. Finally found a girl there that was hooking up my nails, but the other staff was jealous of her, and got her fired. Then I started seeing Sam, who I thought was good, but never does what I tell her to do with my nails. She always says she will do "after" but never does it. So one time, she was doing my 10yo daughter's brows, and I was telling her how to do them, and she wanted to argue with me about it, so I firmly told her, I'm spending my money so I want it done when I say I want it done. She comes off sweet, but undercoverly ignores your requests. The next time I went in, the staff recognizes me, and offers Sam to me, I said whatever, after my pedicure was done, Sam comes up to me and says she wont be able to do my nails, I said fine becasue honestly, I didn't want her doing them. So Jenny did them that day, I had fun with Jenny. Jenny did my nails the way I asked her to do them, with no fuss. I always request my nails be cleaned and filed under my nails as my natural nails like to peek out the sides as the grow. When Sam was doing them, she always said "i'll do it after" but never would do it. I always tip my pedi girl. Jenny received a tip because she did what I asked her to do. Recently me and my 10yo daughter was there on Saturday, my daughter always get shellac. Sam did my daughter nails, which was ok, since she just get shellac. After my pedi was done, Jenny started on my nails, as I told her on my last visit, that I wanted her to do my nails from now on. My daughter was sitting next to me at an empty work station. It was two empty work stations side by side. The owner comes over and tells my daughter to move, and the customer said she could sit at other station. I felt that was rude and inappropriate. This particular time Jenny did not do my nails as good as before(i noticed when i got home), I guess her and Sam are buddies and gossips about their customers. I asked her to cut them down as they are stilletto shape, she didn't cut down, their all uneven, and not all have the stilletto shape, some are rounded more than pointed. Amy#2 was right, nobody there doesn't know how to do stilletto nails, and I honestly believe Jenny/Sam got her Amy#2 fired. They are very unprofessional up there. At the end, I tip my pedi girl $10, and Jenny $10. My total bill was $98, so I gave her a $100 bill, when she came back with my $2 change, she suggested I give it to Sam. This was very inappropriate and unprofessional to tell a customer what to do with their money. They must don't realize there are other nail salons in the area with higer reviews. I will be checking them out for my next visit. I was a regular customer going every two weeks getting a shellac pedi/full set or fill in. And I know they over charges as well like other reviewers has said. Regular adult shellac is $30, for a 10yo it should be $15, well I was charged $20 and still hasseled about giving up a $2 tip, how petty. I started to tell them, give her your tip. Usually when I go to love I have the owner or his wife do my nails, and it is perfect every time. Tonight, however, I got stuck with this random dude and my nails look terrible. I got a pedicure and a full set. First off, the water was hot as hell for my pedi, and I told him but he didn't adjust it, just put my feet in the water. The pedicure itself was pretty rough altogether. The massage was absolute garbage, he really only rubbed one leg and just grazed the other,threw the hot towels on them, and just kind of smacked one around a bit. He clipped and filed my toenails at uneven lengths and didn't even buff the bed. As far as my nails, I asked for a coffin shape ($5 extra) and he cut them so narrow they are pretty much stiletto nails which does not suit my hands at all. He whipped through the whole thing and left shards of torn up acrylic under my nails. Again, they are uneven, and mishaped. He didn't trim my cuticles properly either. The nail polish was bubbly and he didn't even cover the whole nail with clear coat on a few. The whole experience felt like I was majorly inconveniencing him, and his demeanor made me so uncomfortable I didn't even want to stay to have things corrected. I literally walked over to Lee Beauty immediately after to buy a file and polish to fix them once I got home.
