Wonderful service, and very nice and professional people working there! Really happy with how precise and picky Daisy was! I got the overlay ombre, which is where pink and white powder is added on top of my natural nails and blended to make an ombre, french manicure effect. LOVE IT. She definitely "snatch'd" my money. Marie requires you to enter your credit card information before you go and she will charge your account if you don't show. I was supposed to be a first time customer but I mistakenly scheduled my appointment for the wrong day. She was not sympathetic at all, even after telling her that I received no confirmation on the online scheduling platform she uses. She charged my account anyway before I could even receive the services that I already paid for. You could safely schedule anywhere else without entering your credit card information, I don't recommend risking it!! Avoid this place! Read Less

I have been getting my acrylic and shellac done by Nicky for 12 years and have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and wonderful at their jobs. My sister goes to Andy for acrylic and loves the job he does and I've heard amazing things about Bosco - he does a great shellac job. Everytime I have come in for my gorgeous nails with Nikki or a fabulous pedicure I leave so happy. Polish nail bar is by far the best salon in the city. It's so clean and beautiful. All of the staff are so friendly and they do a fantastic job every time. Love this place! Read Less

I had an appointment scheduled for 3pm. The lights are on in the suite and the sign says open yet Marie isn't here. The folks in suite 209 were nice enough to look around the building for me in the restroom and hallways for her but no luck. I've called her number multiple times and did not receive an answer or a call back. This is incredibly unprofessional. I bought a Groupon deal to try this place out - I will be calling Groupon immediately to get my money back since she is 30 minutes late and a no show at this point.
