Awful. I called ahead of time for a price for a shellac fill in. The lady on the phone was so nice. When I walked in, the guy who helped me was extremely welcoming as well. That's about it. I told him that I needed a shellac fill. He proceeded to take off my shellac, then he said "oh my God honey, your nails are so old" which they probably were. Then he told me that he needed to take them off which was fine. He proceeded to rip my nails off using the cuticle remover tool. When I complained about the pain and requested that they be soaked off, he said "no, that takes 20-25 minutes". I really didn't care how long it took. If I ask you to soak of my nails, and I'm paying, you need to soak off my nails. He then asked the lady who I spoke with on the phone to come rip my nails off my other hand using the same tool. I had one nail left and it was the pain of them trying to get it off was unbearable, so I said "STOP! Soak it off!" To which he said "no honey, I'll do it for you". At this point I was on fire. I sat there in silence. I thought that I had to let them finish doing my nails at this point since my nail bed was ruined from them ripping the acrylic off. Then he told me "I'm not doing the acrylic, I'll just do the shellac on your natural nail. It's better for you". That's not what I asked you for. But whatever. He filed my nails, they are COMPLETELY uneven. They look AWFUL! Then he passed me off to the guy next to him who filed my nails more, cracked the tips of them, and painted over it anyways. When finished, the original guy said "you got some cash for me honey?". I said "I'm sorry, what?" He said "do you have cash?". He was asking because they only take tips in cash. I said "I'm paying with a card". He said "how much cash you got?". I am COMPLETELY disgusted by this service. On my way out, he even acknowledged how badly my nails look by saying "next time we'll make it look better for you". Yeah okay... Never again. Read Less

Great nail service however within seconds of sitting at the dryer they stand over you within 3 inches demanding payment. This most recent trip they overcharged me by $3 and insisted ipon it despite posted pricing. This is not the first time payment is demanded within seconds of sitting at the dryer; it's every time. You have to pass the desk to get out the door. As a regular customer every 3 weeks you'd think trust would be built. Rude!!!!! Lastly, on my second to last visit ever they cut me open with a sander that caused a nasty bleed and scab for a couple weeks and did not discount it at all and still demanded payment standing over me inmediately. I had been going here for the last 3 years & i just moved out of the area. i LOVED going here but when i moved away to a new salon - they informed me didnt have gel nails like i thought i did! i cant remember how long i have been getting gel fills and paying 35/40+ for nails to be lied to about what i was getting! i was outraged. be careful of your knowledge here... i thought i was familiar enough for how long i have had nails, but obviously not enough to be taken advantage of.
