My nail stylist made sure we discussed what I wanted and the prices before she began. During my visit I was offered complimentary wine and a lovely conversation with my stylist. First time and last time, going to the “Nail Bar” on Village Boulevard. I am a mother and a wife and I work very hard. I usually go for manicure and pedicure every two weeks for just relaxation in me time. The nail shop I usually go to was closed today. I read the reviews prior to going however, I wanted to give them a try.The services was horrible. I walked in wanting a manicure and pedicure! I walked out with just a manicure only because I could no longer take the services The nail tech did not have any customer service skills. She had horrible attitude. She focus more on her coworker next to her than me. Please don’t waste your money nor your time. Go to a place that value you as a customer. My first visit was amazing! The gentleman I spoke on the phone with to make the appointment new the answers to my questions and spoke clearly over the phone. I was a little late for my appointment but they were very nice about it. My nail lady was Milly She is freaking awesome. She spoke very clearly to me and made sure I knew what I was getting. Very upfront with the prices and made sure to check that my nails looked as I wanted them. ... I got the gel nail extensions. In almond shape. Let me tell you she is magical. My nails have never looked so clean and solid. She took her time and it shows. My nails are strong and crisp, she never hurt me or made me flinch. I also received a pedicure from her in the same color as my nails. She was very soft and very gentle with my ticklish feet. Over all my experience was amazing. Really lifted my mood. I was a regular here and I always seen Tom. Last week he was not in, so a young girl did my nails.  She did not do a good job. I came back so he could see the lumps on majority of my nails,  but would not do my nails over. He wanted to charge me $30 for unsatisfied nails. What a shame. Very disappointing. Just moved and shopping around for local nail salon. This was far nicer and the service far better than the three others nearby. Very nice, clean and professional spa. There were 3 male nail techs, said Sunday their wives do the grocery shopping because they are bad at it. 😄 Talked about leaving Vietnam because they weren't allowed to practice religion there. I go to the girl who does eyebrows there often...i get my eyebrows done once a month and she is who I go to...I followed her to 3 shops, everytime she moved because she does good work. However, yesterday was the last time going to her and I definitely will stop all refferals. The customer service was TERRIBLE! She was doing nails when i entered, i told another lady i wanted my eyebrows done, she told me sit in the chair. I sat there about 25 mins the eyebrow girl walked pass several times, didnt acknowledge that i was there, nor told me how long she would be. She finished one girls nails and instead of coming over to do my eyebrows which would have taken 5 mins because she is really quick, and that is what she specializes in...she starts doing another persons nails, still all the while never acknowledged me being there. I got tired of it and just got up and left. She has definitely lost a customer and i give her plenty of referrals. Never again. Read Less
