Very very rude staff. Cannot speak English and it's even worse when they try to speak through a face mask. Take off the mask when you speak!! WOW, extremely disappointed. That is actually an understatement. I’ve never in my life seen such terrible service and I’m not one to write reviews but this one has to be known. Extremely rude, speak in a different language the whole time, will stop doing your nails to use their phone,my best friends thumb nails are literally two complete different shapes and sizes we were in such shock if I could post a picture I would. My friend ask for pink and white nails and I got just what they wanted to give me the Lee press on nails look. She stated the person who did my nails dont6 understand English, well TRANSLATE THE CORRECT INFORMATION TO HIM I TOLD YOU. Don't believe the bad reviews from people with no manners, patience and are unaware of how to act in public and be cordial. You get the attitude you give out in the world. Extremely friendly and kind. I've been coming to this nail salon for over a year by recommendation of a friend. Great job everytime, wonderful shape and perfect paint job. From all the different techs I've had. I get gel overlay with shellac on top. They are not overpriced as other nail salons in the area and they do a much better job. I've never waited longer than 10 mins with no appointment, but I know better than to go anywhere at peak hours if I don't have time to wait. They are not rude to minorities, that's ridiculous. And I've had talkative and quiet techs, all different personalities. They are not here for your entertainment, they are here to do a great job by concentrating. Read Less

They posted a sign by the nail polish that reads ,,You break you buy' .!! That's extremely rude and not a way to treat patrons. The sign was hand written and insulting. If someone breaks the polish then I guarantee it was an accident. Additionally the cost of your services should include the cost of paying for your own credit card fees. Overall I like this nail salon in comparison to many of its kind. The service area iais clean, the staff is friendly without being gratuitous. Why can't you give 0 stars! I went in for a pedicure and came out with a bloody gash on my heel! Awful service, I had to ask 5 times for a bandage even though I was bleeding all over the towels after "Lilly" grated my heel like cheese! I wish I had to post the pic! Never again! Read Less

Went for a shellac removal and new shellac. They started the removal and had me sit there for 25 mins with the foils on! My tech had taken another client and was mid-pedicure when I asked them how much longer it would be. I just ended up getting the shellac removed and not getting a new one on (no time). Because I had waited so long they provided the removal for free. I honestly don't know how long I would have waited if I hadn't said anything. Only been in one other time just for a removal. Both times the techs were quiet and unfriendly. Maybe they are over worked? With so many salons I don't need to go back there if I've had 2 poor experiences.Read Less

In the window it says $10 fill in.... by the time I got my fill in with shalac it was $40.. + $7 for the nail repair then $1.00 for a loyalty Vip card that's not in my possession then 6% tax on nails.... so my total was $48.06.... for my nail to break the next day!!!! Not only is the management at this nail salon horrible but I went to get shellac done Sunday and by Tuesday every single nail was chipped! I went in for them to fix it and I was told that because I live in the area I must work to hard and that was the reason for my nails chipping and that they were used to working with people from Westland!!!
