I went in for a polish change and one of the workers by the name of Kevin placed an open flame from his lighter to my finger. I spoke with the manager and she said it's between me and Kevin. I did advise this is her establishment and it is loaded with flammable chemicals. I will not return to this location, nor my family. I would suggest you do the same. Read Less

The ladies are nice but the presumed owner/manager is sloppy and rude. Rushed through my shellac job and messed up my nail design I asked for by putting a color stone in that I didn't ask for. Then got an attitude when I asked to change it saying he didn't have time it's 12:30, you're not about to close and you don't have time to satisfy clients? Today was the last time I will stop at this place. I stopped in last Friday and made an appointment for today at 12:20. When I stopped in today, right on time, a woman asked me what I needed. This was the same woman that spoke to me in person last Friday when I made my appointment. She was busy with another customer completing a pedicure, the only other customer in the place. She then said that she remembered me and stood up and screamed something to another employee who was ...in the back of the store. Not sure what she screamed because it was in another language. Then she angrily told me to go and sit down and to put my jacket and purse down. While she was doing this she stomped her feet around the room, went to a back room and slammed the door. When she came back over to me I said to her that if I was inconveniencing her and that if she was busy that I could leave. She ignored what I said and again yelled to someone in a back room. She screamed at me, "You sit down"!! By then I had enough and grabbed my purse and coat and said I was leaving. Then she became apologetic saying she would take my business. I left. Service has deteriorated over the past year. They open at 9:30am with 1 nail tech and 10 clients. Their sign in process is confusing. You have some clients that walk in & get serviced immediately and others that wait 3 hours. They have customers wait an hour sometimes with their feet soaking in a pedi bowl before service even begins. Hoping they turn it around. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I've been coming to Bliss for months, I usually love the way they do my nails. Unfortunately the last time I was in to get my nails done (fill-in with shellac $35.00) I'm not sure if the paint job was rushed or if the polish was old but the paint job wasn't it's best.. It was okay enough to leave the shop though and maybe that's where my mistake was at. 2 days after paying $40.00 (yes, I still included a $5.00 tip) my shellac started peeling. As a returning customer for a service that was done incorrectly that is not how you handle good customer service, take into consideration the time they're wasting returning, consider what you need to do to make them a promoter.. not turn them further in the wrong direction. Been going here since my fiancé got me a gift card and I can say hands down they are the best in the valley! Great people, prices, and comfortable atmosphere. Will never go anywhere else for acrylics again, Kevin does such a great job they often get mistaken for my natural nails! Read Less
