I love this place!! Earlier this year Amy started to do the powder dip on my nails, it is amazing! All of the staff is always so kind and if I go without an appointment they try their hardest to meet the customers needs! I highly recommend Top Nails!

I had acrylics tips for my best friend's wedding. My nails looked pretty mediocre.... okay at best. They definitely weren't the worst I've ever seen but they weren't good by any means. The acrylic was applied very thickly and it was shaped oddly. My thumbs looked goofy and were extremely rounded when viewed from the side. My fingertips hurt for several days after application.
I tried to soak off my nails after the wedding and they would not come off after several hours of soaking. Come to find out, this salon uses MMA acrylics on their nails which is extremely dangerous and was not designed to come in contact with skin or nails. (It's meant for dentistry.) It's rigid and does not flex so it can cause your natural nail to pull from the nail bed if jammed. I am now stuck with nails that cannot be safely removed.

I got some fake nails removed here a little while back. The guy who did them for me was new - I don't know how much experience he actually had because he didn't soak my nails or prepare them for removal at all. He just pried them off. He got under the edges with his own nail, and then used a fake nail tip (the type they glue to your nails to give length before putting the gel on) to pry them off. It hurt so badly. When they were all off, he started putting acetone on them and filing the different layers of nail that were left. One of my pinky nails had been damaged so badly, one part of it had been torn off to my skin (UNDER THE NAIL). He continued to file over it even though I was in obvious pain. Seriously the WORST service I have ever experienced, I don't know what they were thinking hiring him.

Amy is the absolute best nail tech! She takes her time even if I walk in and makes sure I'm happy before I walk out. Tons of color options and she will even let you try out the colors before you pick what you want. Just came in for a fill and color today and it looks so great! If your in south haven and want to go to a beautifully redone nail salon where it's quiet and professional this is the place for you! Great conversation also! If your lucky to get in with her you will not be disappointed. 5 🌟 thanks Amy ❤ my nails.

Top Nails saved the day!! I had booked my friend's bridal party at another nail salon in town- had reservations for over a month. Showed up and they didn't have enough people do to 6 women. I called Top Nails that day, and they got half the group in and done on time. Thank you SO MUCH for making what was a disaster, just a minor blip. I will be going back again as I live in town.

I went in as a walkin May 8th 2017, and I was nervous due to an experience a few years ago. So I gave them another chance. They weren't very welcoming and when I sat down the lady was aggressive from the minute I walked in. I was just getting a fill, and when i say it took her 10 mins to fill and sand my nails, I was done with about everything in 40 mins. I couldn't believe it! This has been a shop in south haven for years and I just can't see what others see in this shop. Another thing, they know damn well I can't understand anything they are saying, but for you to start speaking in a different language and laugh, just know that will be the last 40 dollars you get from me.

Great place for a mani/pedi. As good or better than my favorite nail place in Chicago. Super relaxing environment. All the great products you come to expect, Essie, OPI, Shellac and Seche Vite. Amy and her team are super nice and really good. Would definitely recommend and will come back when I am in South Haven.

On summer vacation. Got a Deluxe Pedicure which is only $5 more than a regular. Didn't get polish, just buff like I usually do. I'm a massage therapist and I do barefoot shiatsu, need my feet and hands to be immaculate. Very disappointed in the quality of the products and services as well as substandard tools (including a cheese grater for callus removal). Baffled that they were so busy and have such great reviews. The staff was pretty kind, but that doesn't make up for poor quality. I was going to get a manicure but decided not to because of how poor the pedicure was. I gave a generously undeserved tip. Oh and they used the wrong pronouns for me.

I was in and out, which was nice- don't want to miss much of this beautiful day. But my mani-pedi looks just a bit sloppy for my taste. The massage with the regular pedicure was great, but my nails are a bit bubbly and unfinished looking, especially the top coat. The price was typical and I was able to get the colors I needed, but even if I'm a bit OCD about my nails she could have taken a bit more time with me. I did enjoy myself, though. Can tell they have many regulars!

It's not often you find a nail place that is accurate or truthful when they tell you how long a wait is going to be. Was impressed by this place! They not only gave a great pedi, but they also were right on time for our appointments, despite having a steady stream of walk ins on a rainy and unseasonably cold day in South Haven.

Sure - nail salons are a dime a dozen and there's one on every corner. Here's what sets Top Nails apart.....I called on a Tuesday to request an appointment for 8 girls (bridal party) to come in on a Friday evening. It was Blueberry Festival too, mind you! I've been to several nail salons in Phoenix that don't exactly respect your appointment, and certainly won't turn anyone away to be available at your specific appointment time. Frustrating when you want to be in and out.NOT the case this Friday afternoon! Three of us showed up a half hour early to get started, and when 5 more of us showed up we were all welcomed and they were ready to help us. Not one of us had to wait! Every employee was pleasant and they even let us sneak in some champagne!A very fun, unstressful experience for us all!

They weren't very welcoming and when I sat down the lady was aggressive from the minute I walked in. I was just getting a fill, and when i say it took her 10 mins to fill and sand my nails, I was done with about everything in 40 mins. I couldn't believe it! Great place for a mani/pedi. As good or better than my favorite nail place in Chicago. Super relaxing environment. All the great products you come to expect, Essie, OPI, Shellac and Seche Vite. Amy and her team are super nice and really good. Would definitely recommend and will come back when I am in South Haven.

I'm a massage therapist and I do barefoot shiatsu, need my feet and hands to be immaculate. The massage with the regular pedicure was great, but my nails are a bit bubbly and unfinished looking, especially the top coat.
