Took my niece to K nails to get her nails painted for dance that night. They told me they were to busy and to come back after dance. Brought her to Tom and Amy's and they got her in right away. Was very great with her and kept her engaged in conversation. I won't be taking her anywhere else from now on! Keep up the great work Tom and Amy's crew! They tell people they are giving them gel nail and have them pay extra for it. It's only clear acrylic. Gel IS GEL no powder or liquid to mix. It's almost the same a getting gel nail Polish. Do your research before going here. Read Less

One star is too many stars for this place. No chip nails lasted less than 24 hours and they will do nothing to fix the problem. We are out of towners and he won't even repaint my daughter's nails the next time we are in town. I spent a lot of money taking 3 girls for mani/pedis. Not even 3 days later, I have to take her somewhere in my town to have them fix since it is her graduation today. One star is too many stars for this establishment. I spent a lot of money to get my daughter a no chip manicure. Within 24 hours, it chipped... in fact 2 fingers chipped. Unfortunately, because of holiday weekend, they were closed Sunday and Monday. We are out of towners, but they will do NOTHING to rectify the problem... not even repainted her nails the next time we go to South Haven. I STRONGLY recommend you go elsewhere if you are going to give a nail salon your business. It's very expensive anyways and to have it chip the very next day, never again! We were greeted with warmth and a smile. Fun massage chairs. Sweet staff. Only thing I would say is they could use a better selection of OPI polish for use during mani pedis. Don't love the Chinese brands. Read Less

Overall good experience. Very nice young lady did my pedicure. Pedicure chairs were great! The only suggestion, would be to pick up the place a bit. It seemed a little disjointed- but overall service was good. I will go back again. Read Less

This nail salon is the worst in South Haven. I dont want my nails to look like i need them redone after 2 days. I will never come here again. You are rude the place was cold. I'm so unhappy, I got my nails done 2 days ago, they already look like they need to be filled ( it's not because my nails grew, because they don't grow), I asked for black polish and I got out in the sun and it's midnight blue... I went there about 2 weeks ago with my cousins and my best friend to get acrylics and they were funny nice kind and did a great job on my nails i went to top nails 2 weeks before that they made my nails crooked and tom and Amy fixed there horrible job they are really kind people and nice all the time. Tom and Amy always get us in and out quickly. I'm not there often because I don't live close But they always remember me and my mom, even if she isn't with me! My nails turn out great and this past time I got Shellac, and spent the weekend moving to a new house. They still look perfect! Great service. Great product. Read Less

Went there yesterday before work, they told me it would be 15 minutes. Sat and waited 30 minutes then a party of 4 came in who had reservations they told me I had to wait for them too. Had they said they had a group coming in I would not have stayed. Needless to say I left and went to K Nails and was treated well and much quicker. Last visit to Tom and Amy's Nails. Read Less

My pedicure from the time they turned on water until she scooted me to waiting area to dry--- 9 minutes!!!! Not joking 9 minutes!!! I never experienced anything like this before. I've been to a lot of nail salons in a lot of different cities, with a range of prices from $22 - over $50.  Normally, service and experience will vary a little bit and that's okay.  However, I have never experienced a pedicure like this.  There was no leg/feet massage.Yep.  You read that right.  No massage.  This was a 10 minute pedicure at most and the technician spread lotion on my legs and feet similar to what I did this morning when I got out of the shower.  You know sometimes when you want some extra massage you add a sugar/salt scrub?  Well, I was told "I'd offer you the scrub but your legs already seem smooth".  Weird, because I'm 9 months pregnant and my legs haven't seen a razor or a good exfoliation in at least a week.  Let me also clarify that I don't have nasty toes or gross fat legs, so there was no excuse!  Cost:  $25 + a measly tip.  FYI.
