Worst nail experience ever! Went to get my nails done there and you would have thought a five year old did it. They charged me for a deluxe pedi and my massage was literally 2 minutes long. I didn't even notice he did it until it was already over and he'd moved on. I asked for a refund but they told me that I could come back for a free one. Everyone that works there always put a smile on my face and they get me in every time I call, even without an appointment. This review is simply for Hy (or Hy? Not sure how to spell it) he gave the best pedicure and massage of that my sister or I have ever experienced. Otherwise, I would say the rest of the service and surroundings are just average. He puts extra time and effort into his services and just wanted to give him a shout out. Horrible. I will never go here again. I have gave it several chances because they were my last hope at a good nail salon in South Haven. The first time was great, for a French manicure with regular paint, then I started getting shellack (more money but lasts longer) and they've been awful every time. With my most recent experience, my nails are not all the same shape whatsoever, some of them are rounded, some of them are squared, the coat is not thick enough so there are tons of streaks and discolored areas. My toe nail polish chipped off the very next day. Beyond that, I make appointments every time and have waited up to an hour after my appointment time, then they have guys do it that obviously don't know what they're doing. Also, whenever I asked if they could put a star on my nail the two employees that were left at the end of the day laughed and said that they would try, which I quickly had them remove after because my 2 year old niece could have did a better job. When I went to pay is the best part because she talked me out of using my debit card, after multiple times of asking me if I could use cash, she finally told me it was "better for her". Was so excited to take my niece for her first pedicure. We got to this place and they said it would be an hour, so we made an appointment and went to lunch. I called before we came back to make sure they were ready for us, and they assured me they were. When we got there, they were not ready for us, but we thought we would be next so we waited. 20 minutes later we were told it would be another 40 minutes!!! She is 6! We gave up and went and bought nail polish because the other places were closed, but thanks so much to this salon for ruining what should have been a fun day! I would give them 0 stars if I could! They do a nice job but the price of their no-chip mani is high, especially for South Haven.  I was in Florida a few weeks ago and got both a no-chip mani and regular pedi for $42 combined.  About 6 weeks ago, Top Nails charged me $40 just for the no-chip mani and they only had a quarter of the color selections of the Florida salon.  Quality and attentiveness were comparable at both salons so I don't see any justification for their higher price.  In fact, the Florida salon had an extra step of having to remove the old no-chip polish.  My nails were natural and unpolished when I used Top Nails.  They need to reevaluate their pricing for no-chip.
