Unfortunately, I have never stepped in this salon and I have to give it 1 star. I called to set up a microblading appointment and I could not get a hold of the representative. I had thought maybe a glitch in the phone line, as I could not leave a voicemail. I called the salon to see if they knew when the micro blading professional is in? Right off the bat I encountered a rude receptionist - her tone, her poor attitude, and then she hung up on me in the middle of a sentence! I called her back asking , "why is she so rude?" There is absolutely no reason for anyone to be rude to others no matter how angry one is with their day. This salon rents a space and all elements come together to make a business. She should want to be helpful. Coming from a business background, the customer is always right. I simply had a question. I cannot imagine if I had an issue with a service what she would do...I called back asking for the manager. The receptionist claimed she was, then proceeded to say she was in the middle of a meeting and never to call there again. I typically do not take the time for reviews, and I give people a second chance, but I do not want others to not deal with the same situation. I could have also been looking for a salon. I have no idea what kind of manager she is and how she manages to run a business . BE AWARE. If you are looking for a place to relax and be treated (as we all do, when going to the salon), do not go to Sola. What a horrible first impression. I feel bad for those who work there and the micro blading representative who may be fantastic! I never had a chance to know though... Read Less
