My daughters went there yesterday and they cheated my kids out of there money until I set them straight and got it back. What kind of place try to cheat teenage kids out there money. And on top of that they did very poor work. I don’t recommend anyone to go there. Now I see why it’s always empty when I go past this place. Negatives first.-As soon as you sit down they up-sell you to the deluxe pedicure with a promise that it is so much better than the regular one. $35 compared to $25 -I explained that I really needed my feet scrubbed so she pulls out this massive cheese grater thing and starts lightly scrubbing my feet. I wanted to say get in there girl.. lol-Poor English. I dislike saying excuse me or 1 more time or sorry I didn't hear you.-The sanding block for your feet and the grater sit on the garbage can when not in use.-The wax they put on your feet is so amazingly HOT I thought I was going to get blisters on my feet-She had to repaint my toes twice because the nail polish was old and clumpy. After the second time - I just let it go. I went to the store and got some polish and redid my own feet.Positive-Got me in quicklyEDIT** I watched the lady who did my pedicure take the nail tools, rinse them off with water and seal them into a "sterilized" bag for reuse. Went in for a pedicure and the lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She only buffed the nails on one foot and only filed the nails on the other foot. The jet was broken and she kept messing with it instead of just leaving it. She didn't do any cuticle oil and wasn't even watching when she was scrubbing my feet which led to her scratching the sides of my feet up. When she scrubbed my legs she left scrub all over the backs of my knees and then she only put lotion on one of my legs and painted them horribly. Not only were the color choices lacking and most bottles old and almost empty but she got the polish all over my cuticles. I was extremely dissatisfied and could have done them better myself. Usually I love this place and I have recommended all of my girlfriends here. However do not get Linda! She cuts your cuticles till they are bleeding and cuts your nails so short they are almost bleeding. Then offers a mere sorry. Read Less

I am a regular here, and love it! Tina always takes good care of me as do the others. Today Shayla gave me the best pedicure with a hot stone foot massage. (It's one if my favorites). They are not truthful in wait times. With several employees sitting in the back of the salon they told me a 10 mn wait. After I had waited 20 mn they lied and told the next walk in it was still only a 10 mn wait. As it approached 30 mn I left. I wasted that time and will never return to this business. Read Less

Just got my nails done there 48hrs ago and they already look like crap. I wanted coffin shaped nails which theyre supposed to have coffin shaped tips not sit there n try to file it down till my finger and nail hurts I shouldve walked out then.. so all my nails are uneven definetly not coffin and she didn't do anything to my cuticles my nails are already separating 2 days later!!! I asked for rhinestones and she only had a couple making excuses she ordered them but they didnt arrive.. unprofessional. I wanted airbrush but she didnt have the machine for it either. I have been here before. Not the best but decent for the price. All depends on who you get. Today was horrible. Went for a pedicure and the lady they put me next to had been there for at least 15 minutes. I was done before her... The lady that did my pedi could not have been less attentive. Staring at the door, on the phone, then more worried about the group that came in than taking care of the client sitting in her chair. Very rude. If I come back I will make sure I don't have her! I decided to give this place a try and wish I didn't. I got pink and white ombré shellac manicure done on Friday, by Monday the bottom of the white had staters to turn yellow. I have been getting my nails done for a while now and had no idea why this had happened so I went back to the salon. They were surprised this happened and said they would fix my nails. All they did was blob on white over the yellow part and clear coat it again. You could see where it has been done and wasn't properly blended in and to make matters worse a few days after that they chipped. Well after sending the bride here for Mothers day, I thought why not get my paws trimmed.As her manicure was good."Sandy"gave a thorough pedicure ,wax,trim & massage.BUTI was grossed out beyond words, when she used a "USED" grinding/sanding block on my feet.As every other place I ever tried, always breaks the wrapper on a new block!!!Why I didn't halt the process..Must have been I was shocked -mortified. This was my first visit, and probably my last. I arrived as a "walk-in", and was quickly seated for my pedicure. The place was not very clean. My nail tech barely spoke english, and didn't understand what I meant when I said I wanted my nails filed straight (she had filed them crooked). When I asked her to put a flower design on my toes, she said "yes", but didn't do one.  I didn't notice because we were abruptly moved from the pedi- chair to the nail table, where she finished my toes under the table, while soaking my hands. It was a bit uncomfortable to hold that position:  sitting straight up in a chair, extending one leg then the other, all while holding your arm straight out to reach the dish. She was very efficient, and sweet, though, and I did get the best foot and leg massage I've ever gotten during a pedicure. Read Less

I had looked for a new place to get a pedicure and I am so glad to have stumbled into this business! Coco butter and hot towels are standard- for an extra $5 you can get a sugar scrub which I HIGHLY recommend. Looking forward to going back for a manicure! Read Less
