We made an appointment for Saturday afternoon for my 2 daughters and myself. We were taken back for our pedicures right away. Our techs were Brenda, Tina and Deena. All 3 were outstanding and extremely pleasant. Not only did they do good mani/pedi's they were friendly and chatted with us the entire time. I would definitely go back to them in the future.

Im usually not one to complain but Ive had it with this salon... My was my usual nail tech but the past two times i made an appointment she was not avaialble, i feel she left to go work somewere else ...
Im usually not one to complain but Ive had it with this salon... My was my usual nail tech but the past two times i made an appointment she was not avaialble, i feel she left to go work somewere else (good for her). I opted to have my mani and pedi done with Brenda, absolute sweetheart...nothing bad to say about her. However recently i made an appointment with Tina, she finished my sweet princess pedicure faster than my ex husband finishes... it wasnt enjoyable at all! I do not recommend this salon, and if anyone knows which salon My is working at let us all know and go there instead!!!

Communication barriers affecting quality care..feel scammed. I made an appointment for an acrylic fill (15.00). Ended up with a fill AND Gel BOTH!
35.00. I asked for a refund of 20.00 (the gel) as I made an appointment only for fill. I was told by the receptionist: "If I refund you're 20.00 dollars, you can not come back her anymore" . I took my twenty dollars back, and tipped my nail tech with it. Wont miss the dishonesty and unprofessionalism here.

Was in yesterday for just a classic pedicure and was harassed to upgrade everything more than being locked up with a car salesman. Tina would not take no for an answer at all. She robbed me of $50. I ...
Was in yesterday for just a classic pedicure and was harassed to upgrade everything more than being locked up with a car salesman. Tina would not take no for an answer at all. She robbed me of $50. I gave this salon the benefit of the doubt despite all the negative reviews only to experience it in person. Maybe it was just Tina, maybe the other techs don't pressure anyone else this much but I can definitely find another place where they won't harass me as much.

Cosi Bella Salon will always be my favorite. From day one they have been kind, courteous, and very accommodating for me. I cannot thank Thu enough for the many beautiful Shellac Manicures that she has provided me with. The owner Kim is a kind person that always has the customer's best interests in mind. I highly recommend this place to anyone that has not been here! They are fantastic, I will always be a loyal customer here!

Sadly, this past Saturday was my last. I have gone to this salon since it opened, with mostly WEEKLY appointments for my shellac nails.Over the years, I have literally spent THOUSANDS of dollars ANNUALLY at this salon.In the last several months, the owner, Kim, has become openly hostile to me, even though I come in every Saturday. She glares at me when I arrive for my standing Saturday appointment, and will give me a cold "Hello" after I engage her first. I have never complained about anything, because Jen takes wonderful care of me, despite the owner's hostility towards me. Therefore, her open hostility towards me is inexplicable and puzzling. I have never seen a business owner have some weird, unspoken grudge against a client that comes in EVERY week.So, I'm taking my thousands of dollars of spending annually to a cool new salon.

My coworker and I went there on lunch yesterday to have pedicures and we were so disappointed. First of all, I felt like the lady that was doing my pedi was using an ice pik on my cuticles. She was not gentle at all. Secondly, you pay way to much money for very little done. Third, they neglected to put a top coat on after putting the polish on. Lastly, they never said anything to us about the nail drying station. When they finished doing our pedicures, they got up and walked away and said nothing. We thought they were coming back to put the top coat on but they did not. Would not recommend this place at all. Oh' and my coworker's nails chipped not even an hour later.

We made an appointment for Saturday afternoon for my 2 daughters and myself. We were taken back for our pedicures right away. Our techs were Brenda, Tina and Deena. All 3 were outstanding and extremely pleasant. Not only did they do good mani/pedi's they were friendly and chatted with us the entire time. I would definitely go back to them in the future.

My was my usual nail tech but the past two times i made an appointment she was not avaialble, i feel she left to go work somewere else (good for her). I opted to have my mani and pedi done with Brenda, absolute sweetheart...nothing bad to say about her.
