Something worth noting is that they only do shellac, but that's okay because it lasts longer and minimizes the time you're there. The prices are great too, I paid $35 for a full long acrylic set (before counting in a tip). The girl who did my nails was super sweet and checked to make sure I liked my nails between every step. Walked in and they asked if i had an appointment. Wasn’t greeted at all. Received an acrylic full set and pedicure. Feet were barely scrubbed. I have so much dried acrylic left under my nails and now my French manicure has turned orange. It was nothing i did because my pedicure has also turned orange. Waste of $60 will never go back. I moved to the area a year ago and jumped from salon to salon trying to find a good nail tech on this side of town. Since I switched to vogue I haven't broken a single nail, everyone is very friendly, the prices are great, and they let you tip on the card so that's a huge plus! Read Less

Love this salon and al the people that work there. They are meticulous, Time efficient and very friendly.  It's good to find a place with such great service and great color choices so close to home. This one star is just blatantly for their customer service. I wanted to get a pedicure, I walked in (was not greeted), but signed in anyway. I waited patiently about 10 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me and asked me what I came in for. I asked for a pedicure. I then was told "they didn't have time to do it, sorry". I would of waited for a pedicure chair to open up (no one else was waiting). Or they could of asked me if I wanted to make an appt or come back at a later time. I went to this nail salon awhile ago, and had a absolutely terrible experience. Asked if they had the dip nails, no, they didn't of course. I just moved here from TX and they have dip everywhere, seems not too common around here. Which is fine! I thought I would settle for plain old powder... nope. They guy brought me 4 different terrible sparkly colors to choose from. Not a huge selection so huge downer. I settled for gel, I don't mind gel, but it never lasts long for me unless it's on my toes. The man that was taking care of me was so rough during filing. I thought my actual nail was about to come off. Terrible customer service, place looks deserted anyways so makes since. Went here I believe over two weeks ago now. Got a gel refill I believe? Anyways my nails are still lasting & strong even two weeks later which is awesome. Always a plus when you pay so much you want it to last. I'm new to the area so I was scared to try a new nail place. But I needed a fill. I got gold French tips. The thing I didn't like was the gold tips looked good when started but for whatever reason they covered it over with a pink coat on top & not clear. So it made the golf underneath look like poop. I was too afraid to say anything believe I'm paranoid. But I did like the quality of my nail though I did end up going home & repainting it myself. The environment is clean and comfortable. I was happy with the service provided, until it was time to pay. I booked my appointment last Saturday and asked specifically how much a gel refill and toenail polish change would cost. I was quoted $25. $15 for the fill- in and $10 for toenail polish change. When it was time to pay I was told $30. Basically Tom didn't care about me as the customer as he argued that the person who qouted me $25 couldn't have possibly qouted that price. He made it seem like I must have failed to mention that I wanted a gel fill-in. I went ahead and paid the $30, but it was the principal behind it and how i was made to feel as though I was wrong. After I paid they didn't even have the decency to tell me have a nice day or thank you or anything. I've also had situations where I booked appointments and was called right back and asked to come a couple of hours later. And another time I came in as a walk-in and they advised that they dont accept walk-ins, but they accepted one today while I was in there. Nevertheless I will find some where else to give my business to and I will not be returning. And again for the record, I was very specific about needing a gel fill-in and toenail polish change! I don't usually go on Yelp and rate places. I gave this place 5 stars because I think they were the nicest, friendliest most professional salon I have been to and I had so much fun! Since the moment I walked in Tai was making jokes and made me laugh through the entire time. I'm from New York and I'm a bit picky when it comes to my nails. Tai kept calling me out on it and made me feel at ease. Everyone there is related and it's the best family nail place. I love them and I love my nails. I haven't been to this salon in years, but I decided to give it another try. It was nice to see the same familiar faces still working at this salon. I think some of them have been working there for years. I had a great shellac manicure experience. The guy that did my nails was named Tom and as soon as he started with his sense of humor, I remembered him from when I last visited. He is hilarious and it makes the experience more enjoyable. This place is the RUDEST place of business i have ever went in to. They TELL you that they go by appointment only, YET theres a sign at the desk that say WALK INS WELCOME! They refuse to speak any ENGLISH and makes alot of people feel very uncomfortable. Ive heard many complaints while i was there!! Today was the last straw for me, as i HAD an appointment, and they argued with me that it was at a different time. The Owner stood up in front of EVERY customer there, while yelling at me, ONLY to make a FOOL out of himself. I think he didnt want to do LONG nails, so he had a mental breakdown right in the middle of the Salon. ALSO...WE are being charged for GEL nails, when they are NOT GEL! You dont mix liquid and powder to get GEL nails!!  RIP OFF!  They are Rude and nasty, and I dont see them staying open for long if they continue to treat CUSTOMERS like this!!  I have reported them for charging EXTRA for GEL when its not! Kathy is very nice and remembers everything about each if the clients. She is very sweet and the pedicures are great. I especially like the rolling feature in the chairs. Plus they have a million choices in color for OPI Shellac. Read Less

Oh they do a good job if you want to put up with the rude and nastiness of them. I've been there several times and they do a good job but they need to get some manners     I would do my own nails before I ever went back there again.   If you happen to be young and a regular they will be very nice to you if you're not, don't bother going there. I've stopped here several times. They have never been rude or unfriendly, but there is still time. I have been nicked with the drill (not just here) and I'm not happy about that. My strength isn't keeping a regular schedule for manicures so my nails are usually pretty bad when I go. I can get about 5-6 weeks out of it, so it's a value for under $20. Read Less

Prices very reasonable!!  Did a fantastic job on my pedi!  Very friendly!  If I lived in the area, I'd become a regular here!!I was a walk-in and they sat me right away to relax in the massage chair.  About 20 min passed before they were able to get to me.  I was OK with that...as long as I'm sitting in that chair being taken care of in some way - massage or pedi - I'm happy! Very rude and unfriendly.  Pedicure water was cold and they refused to warm it up.  While getting my manicure I was nicked with the drill to the point  my cuticles were bleeding.  After I told them how sore it was He just shrugged his shoulders.  Seeing a Dermatologist for the fungus I now have under my nail.Not a good experience at all!!! I have never had a complaint while going to Vogue Nails. They are amazing, friendly and super fast! Rarely do I make an appointment and I usually am able to get in. I understand, however, that at times, because of previous appointments that have been scheduled, I may not be able to get in at times...no hard feelings. They let me know when to come back and they work with my schedule. I've been going here for quite some time and I have gotten to know all of the people that work here - and it's to the point where we joke around and call eachother by our first names. Hell, I'd even go out and get dinner with all of them if I could! Shillac doesn't work on my nails and they said for me to try out the SNS - and I absolutely love them for making the recommendation!
