I come into Exodus quite often to get my hair colored by Jen. She is great! I love her. She is talented, nice, and the most creative stylist I've ever worked with. Her consultations are thorough so that whatever you're picturing in your head can become a reality. Unfortunately, there are two reasons why I can't give this salon a better rating. I really dislike how the stations are set up. Usually at salons, all of the stations are lined up on each side. Here, they're kind of all over the place. They do have a couch for people to sit on near the entrance but when my boyfriend came, we had to pull up a chair for him and it was in the way. At most salons, he could just sit in the next station over and be a part of the conversation and experience. The main reason why it's not getting more stars though is their line of products. I've used Joico shampoo and conditioner once before, which were great but unfortunately, I'm not a fan at all of Joico's color. I have never been so disappointed with my nails. The lady who did them was SUPER nice and very polite but it took almost 2.5 hours for a nail appointment and they look horrible. I had a picture of what I wanted but halfway through watching her just paint on the plain colors I knew she wasn't going to be able to replicate exactly what I wanted with the designs. There's gobs of paint in the corners of my nails and there isn't enough paint at the cuticles so it looks like they have grown out when I just got them done an hour ago. I will not being going back. Fantastic salon. I'm the type of person who will follow my stylist to another state if necessary (I don't like change with my hair) and DeAnna at Exodus is a magician with my hair.  I get tons of compliments after I get it done. The salon itself is modern, they have a lot of products if you need them. They also do nails, though that's not my thing. Read Less

Terrible. Went to the same lady twice and the first time I was happy with my hair color and cut, then she lost my client card with the previous highlight/lowlight colors so she started from scratch again. She worked super fast adding the color to my hair and complained the entire time about how damaged it was, yet I only get it colored maximum 4x a year and use high end expensive products on my hair. Could not believe how much someone could complain about a client's hair!! Left the place in tears because the color was NOTHING like I had expected...went way too extreme with the dark color and the pieces that were blonde highlights were now orange and brassy. At least she was nice enough to try to fix the color, which looks a tiny bit better...but I will never be going back there. I'm looking at booking with another salon just to fix the color! Read Less
