The lady was extremely rude to me. She wouldn't cooperate even though I was willing to pay the cost for what I wanted done. She was all about doing what SHE wanted to do. My nails would've come out a lot better had she soaked off my old acrylic and applied a fresh coat as I requested. Instead, my nails look tacky, uneven, and as if an adolescent did them. You can still see the spaces in my nails where the fill-ins needed to be applied. No amount of acrylic was going to cover up the discoloration. I needed a new set. I was also told that I complain too much and that I should get out and go let some other shop do my nails. If I have to pay my hard-earned money for terrible service, of course I am going to complain. I'm soaking these off and I will NEVER return to that shop!!! UPDATE: The owner replied back below saying that my nails still wouldn't have looked right if I'd soaked the acryllic off and let her start fresh. How does that even make sense???? I was willing to pay for a soak off, start over with clean nails, and even choose the color acryllic that she recommended. And my nails were not almost done. She completed one nail and I told her that I didn't like the nail because you could see the fill-in line and that I wanted to just soak off and completely start over, but she did not. Went here one time for a fill and will never return. Not only did the guy doing my nails do a bad job, but he also touched my boob with his arm “accidentally” when my nail polish was wet and he was standing too far away from me to accidentally knock into it. Very clear it was on purpose, especially after asking some inappropriate questions as he was doing my nails. First time in their for mani and pedi for both of us. The employees were very rough, in a hurry and there was no one else in there right away. We went because the cleanliness rating was excellent but I witnessed otherwise. The autoclave pouches were not autoclave, just closed like they were but the line was not appropriate. First and last time going to this nail salon! I asked her not to remove the shellac on my nails with the electric drill and she insisted that it needs to be done. She rushed to finish and left shellac on my skin. I waited three hours before putting shoes on and the nail polish on my toes still smudged. Looks horrible. Read Less

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I don't like being swayed to get something I don't want. My nails looked good but not really what I normally get. I told her what I wanted and she told me what I was going to get I guess you could say. I'm going in today and maybe will be more firm with what I want! I went here for the first time to get a pedicure and was pleased with my experience. It was clean, the workers were friendly, and I was in a massage chair right away even though everyone was still working on other customers. They made sure the water temp was just the way I wanted it and gave me a detailed price chart with lots of options to look over before deciding on my services. I also appreciated seeing them take the time to thoroughly wash their tubs and tools by hand between customers. Stopped in for a shellac manicure... it took a really long time and the guy did not look like he knew was he was doing. He clipped my nails down to nothing and pulled out a dirty cuticle clipper with someone else's skin on it... When I saw that I told him I don't like getting my cuticles cut. He had to do 4 coats of color because he kept missing spots. He forgot to do top coat, and went straight for a hand massage. I had to ask him if he did top coat then he just nodded and did 2 top coats after I said something. What a waste of $30. Read Less
