I went here for a pedi at 6:55 thinking they were open until 8. Instead of asking me to reschedule, they made this a very uncomfortable experience. Rough doesn't touch it...toes totally stung terribly when the polish was done. They took my money, but made it clear they didn't want my business. Lucky for them, I will never be going back! I went in on a Sat to have a pedicure and full set. I must have had the owner doing my services, because she was wearing a Bluetooth head set and had to keep stopping my pedicure to take appointments. In the middle of my pedicure, a lady walked in for a waxing. I was told she had come in earlier, so the nail tech stopped doing my pedicure and went in the back to wax the new customer. When she came back she had forgotten where she left off and skipped most of the steps that come with a pedicure. Next we started doing my nails. She asked me if I wanted Gel (more expensive) or acrylic. I said acrylic was fine and she seemed irritated and told me my nails were going to look very fake!! She started doing them at which point the salon started to get very busy with walk-ins. She asked everyone when they came in if they had called or made an appointment and when they said “no”, she got very annoyed. She was busy still taking appointments during the nail service and at one point I had to tell her that the nail wasn’t even glued on and had lifted! She rushed through my nails, the paint job was horrible and moved me to the dryer. Within a couple days 2 of my nails had come off, and one week later all my nails fell off! The technician was very rough. She cut my toe and several abrasions on the bottom of my other foot. Cold water. I was her last customer of the day and she was very sloppy, especially the pedicure. Polish on my cuticles. I got there at 530, was there until 715. Read Less

They don’t work if they don’t feel like it. I wanted to go after work at 6:30 (they closed at 7:30) before going out of town the next day and they said “can you come tomorrow?” Uhh no? Pathetic. If given the option go to the one by Sy Thai instead. Read Less

This place is deceiving. Looks clean and organized at first glance but DON'T get a pedicure- especially if they are busy in the back room. Worst experience ever.  They will rush you through, embarrass you for not keeping better care of nails, pressure you and discuss what you will tip them and skill level is subpar. Save your money (they are 2-3$ more than most places) and find a more skilled crew that will help you relax and be glad you came to their shop. Read Less

I visited this place about 3 times and I wasn't satisfied in any of my visits. Most of their staff are rude and unprofessional. It wouldn't harm if they smile at their customers a little bit. I hated when they gossip in Chinese and I feel they are talking about me. They only accept cash tips which makes it inconvenient. I used to make my eyebrows there, the tech spent 3 minutes only to do my eyebrows. She waxed my eyebrows then rub it with a dry towel!! I got a burn in my upper eye lid and my skin stayed red for 2 days !!  Also, my last service was manicure and the guy wasn't gentle at all, he ripped the skin around my nail which made it hard for me to shower my hair or even wear my clothes. Terrible experience went in for a fill and polish it cost 22 for a fill and they were trying to charge me 27 more dollars for a polish so I'm like ok whatever that expensive but I'm here show me what u got for that kind of money!! She didn't even clean my sides and underneath but was doing a clear French tip seriously you'll see all that!! I won't go there again for what there asking you can get anywhere else for  almost half the price anywhere else!! It's good, or better than average I would say. The person who did my nail was kind and meticulously removed all cuticles. Also I like the way my nails cut. I did shellac which needs multiple layers with uv light. Think here has the longest course, and I like it. They seem to know how to do it right. I'll go again next time, maybe I'll be a regular. Cons, Inside of the shop isn't that spacey, and they the tables are too close, so I felt like I'm getting the powders of filed fingernail from a customer next to me. I love this place! They're always very friendly and do a great job! My pedi lasted a month! I probably could have gone a little longer in all actuality. It's very clean inside. You can pay with your card but you can't tip on the card so bring cash! Read Less
