If I could give them a 0 Star I would they are terrible they don’t properly let your gel nails dry, they are quick however that is why because uv process is short. First time here , the waiting was a bit long , but it was busy. They did a nice job , took there time and the nails came out pretty . Con is the colors I choose from the pallet were not the sAme as what they showed me “rock n rose “ did not look the same on my nail then the fake nail on the pallet. So the colors they have r off . Wish I could give it a zero. My husband and I went in for a couples' pedi. They started the water lukewarm. We asked the young girl to make it warmer. We did not realize until she walked away she turned it to all the way cold. The lady in charge said that was a warm as it gets. I said that was fine but she just dumped a bunch of cold into it. I told her I would go elsewhere before I got a pedi in cold water. She said go and turned the bath off. I told her I did not want to go elsewhere if she could just drain out the cold. She refused and told me she would not do our pedicures and go sit down for my fill in. Ah.....no. That was so rude. What happened to customer service? Is it too much to ask not to catch my death from a pedicure? Read Less

I have been here twice now, last month (red nails) and this month (pink). I absolutely love it!! I was worried about finding a place up here and someone recommended me here. They do a fantAstic job!!! They are efficient while it still feeling like your nails are being pampered. My shellac manicure lasted longer than any other place I've gone to before.. It's nothing fancy but I like the people here! Very respectful and nice! The lady listened to what I asked for and gave me beautiful natural look! They talked in a soft tone and in English when I was there, which is very much appreciated thanks ! She was careful not to hurt me because my cuticles bleed easily ! Very nice thanks ! Read Less
