I got my nails and toes done on Wednesday. My toenail polish chipped the evening after I left the salon, and my shellac is lifting and peeling on more than one nail 4 days later. I had a feeling even before I left the salon that they wouldn’t last :(

I went in for a full set of tips. They man in the salon did a good looking job but by the next week I had lost a tip and the rest were lifting. I went back for a fill in yesterday, today all the fill in is lifting. I'm sorry but they just lost a customer. I even tiped the lady after she finished. I didn't want anything for free, just do what I paid for. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

Paid $50 for a full set and they started falling off in less than 2 weeks. I've never had that happen in the 15 years I've been getting my nails done. Very disappointed!

So irritated place was gross equipment and tools for services not clean at all to top it off young lady doing my pedicure didn't test the water before ahe sprayed my feet! Hot darn a burn!!!

Wonderful experience and a good job! Pedicure could be better if they use the cuticle or dead skin remover used at other salons which left my heels like baby skin. Otherwise an awesome place!

The service at this place was terrible. The man working there asked me if this was the first time getting my nails done in a snarky way (when I was clearly getting a fill) just because I asked him a question. Had to get a nail replaced and he was so rough (when it was very tender and painful) and then made the new nail crooked and curving to the left. When I asked him to fix it politely he fought with me saying it was the same as my other index fingernail. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never in my life had someone at a nail salon treat me with such disrespect. Do not visit this salon if you want quality service and friendly staff. Will NEVER be returning or giving them any business.

Made a Yelp account just to rate this place. The service here was atrocious. The man working there asked me if this was my first time getting my nails done in a snarky way (when clearly I was getting a fill-in) just because I asked him a question. He had the worst attitude and was just rude. I work in customer service and this place does not know how to treat a customer and charged me $23 for a fill. A nail that also needed replaced was done crooked and curving left. When I asked him to fix it he fought with me. Ended up going home and reshaping them and repainting them myself. Will never be returning. Do not visit this salon for quality service. Would give a zero star if possible.

They do a really good job, better then most shops in the area. Great price.
Would give them 5 stars but they are a little busy, so waiting is usually an issue.

I found Lovely nails by looking online for a place that does nails, manicures & pedicures that was close to my work area. I located Lovely Nails on Bay Rd. It is a clean nail salon & they have many employees so you can get in and out fast while doing quality work.They do a beautiful job and you feel lovely when you leave. I have recommended them to many friends and they have all been happy with their quality and service and we all continue to spread the news to bring lovely nails in more customers.

I went back for a fill in yesterday, today all the fill in is lifting. I'm sorry but they just lost a customer. I even tiped the lady after she finished. I didn't want anything for free, just do what I paid for. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

Made a Yelp account just to rate this place. The service here was atrocious. The man working there asked me if this was my first time getting my nails done in a snarky way (when clearly I was getting a fill-in) just because I asked him a question.
