If I could give zero stars I would have done that but I had to give at least one to be able to comment. Every last person in the place is rude as hell. Absolutely no chairside manners what so ever!!!! I was in there today and this will be my very last time in there again. The girl that did my toes was absolutely rude for no unnecessary reason. I will never EVER recommend this establishment to anyone. I'm a very easy going individual, however when you're telling my sister and I to shut up while we are communicating amongst ourselves, then rudely point and talk about your customer/s in Vietnamese as well as broken English in between........you have lost my business!! Your job is customer service.......which means you're to serve your customers. I am paying you for your services, and if your service is poor, do not expect my business ever again. I was rushed and wasn't given the option of even somewhat enjoying my personal time. Also, getting up to talk for long periods of time and avoiding your customer that you have started working with is rude. Have the decency to let your client know that you're stepping away for a moment and will get back with them. I have given this place MULTIPLE chances to show me actual customer service, and still no change. Upcharging your customers just because you feel like it? They charged me $40 for a basic color fill that cost $25. If you do not like being busy and having customers come in to work with you, my personal suggestion is for you to change your profession. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Wouldn't let someone I did like even go their to get their nails done. I went in for a fill and have my nails cut down. The girl said they needed to just be completely redone, ok great, said she would charge me $40 for the new set, alright amazing. She then proceeded to RIP off my nails instead of soak them off, drilled down on my cuticles, dug her nail into my fingers to making it painful (just adding to the pain from having the old stuff ripped off), paid absolutely no mind to my bruised finger (all black and blue under the nail so hard to miss that something clearly happened recently), was rude just start to finish. My fingers are still throbbing, I have to take a pain reliever to try and help. They were NOT busy in the least bit, I was the only person in there after walking in and 3 girls just left. Most the girls working were sleeping in the chairs or on their phone, also found some of the attire to be inappropriate. Absolutely terrible. So unsanitary and have no regard for a client's comfort or preference. Destroy people's cuticles and cause infections, then have the audacity to be rude and deny refunds when asked. Also have heard many instances of this salon denying service to people of color and also disabled individuals, due to fear of them "not being able to afford it." Not my experience but my girlfriends She said the paid $80 for a pedi and full set. They were crooked, the staff rushed through the pedi and the manicure, 4 different techs worked on her. They kept talking about her in a foreign language, looking at her feet and laughing. Yes her feet were rough, that's why she went there. Service sucked. No I am not a "customers are not always right" person at all but no customer service at all? Jesus! Just don't do anything that makes you have to interact with people if that's not you talent. My 1st and LAST time here.  I asked to have my artificial gel nails soaked off. I had never had gel nails before and didn't know what to expect.  The woman cut my nails down (while nails were flying in my eyes) then took an instrument and dug between my nail and the artificial ones! I was yellin because it hurt!  I kept saying "I thought you were soaking them off?"  and she kept telling me "No, this better for you". The lady there was SO rude. I will never go back there. I went to get acrylics and she filed and buffed my natural nails down so short there was almost no natural nail left. I started bleeding on one of my fingers and I asked her not to file it anymore and she still did it. I went here with my cousin and my daughter. We will never go back. The other nail salon, down by Sears was having a deal, we decided to go down to Lee's to see prices differences and they agreed to give us the same deal. We stayed. After we got our nails done, they took back their deal they agreed to and we ended up paying much more than we were told. The lady was very rude. She was snapping her fingers at me telling me to pay her now, before telling me how much everything was. After I told her we were told we were going to get the same deal as we could have gotten from Modern Nails, she began saying they don't have deals there and they don't have the same deals as their competition.
