When I called this place for a charge fee for Pedicures, I was quoted a price of $25.00, when I went into this Salon I was charged $30.00 on several occasions, this place is a rip-off and does not stand up to it's standard pricing, I feel this is only done to elders, blacks and heavy weight people, the service for their pedicures are not worth it, my feet's were not done to my satisfication in lots of areas. The old lady who did my pedicure was rude and made mean comments as she did my feet and also gave her self a $5 tip when she told me my total. You have to repeat yourself 100 times and they still don't listen. I'd give no stars but you have to submit a review. Read Less

My nail beds were sore for the next week and looked infected. I highly doubt the utensils they used were sterilized seeing as the salon was very dirty and not sanitary what so ever. Yes they were fast but they were gross. I will never go back again. My nails are ruined underneath the shellac, and usually they never are when they come off. Very unsatisfied Read Less

They are bad at communicating with English people. We went there not too long ago. We tried to go in and ask questions on pricing but they were always closed. Today we saw a guy with his daughter closing the shop down so we finally were able to get our answers. As we asked, they stared. No reply. Looking at us like we're aliens So then I asked him if he spoke English, he said yes and then he asked me what my mother wanted as if she had spoken in French. They don't have time to talk. They are rude and unfriendly. I recommend that if you don't want to deal with unfriendly people then don't go here.. Besides, unless u know their language, u never know what they are saying about u. Not worth the trip. I went there with my future mother in law and sister in law for acrylics and a pedicure. I called the day before to find out how much it cost per person, what time they opened and if they would be staffed for all of us. They said 47$ per person, open at 11am so we got the appt at 11 am and they said they'd be staffed and ready. We got there a little after 11 and no one was there to open the store for another 10 mins and it was only 1 person. Then when the other 2 showed they all spent the ENTIRE time on a cell phone on speaker phone talking in Korean or whatever language that was. How RUDE!!!! My pedicure looks great, however my nails look like a 2 year old did them, they didn't use the right size of plastic nail and they didn't put them on squarely and they are completely uneven in thickness. I made them redo the nails 3 times before I gave up because they just couldn't do it right. When it came time to pay they jumped the price up by another 10$ per person and they shockingly DO NOT accept credit cards on Sundays....really inconvienent as none of us had cash on us. This was my first time going and it will absolutely be my last. Total waste of my time and money. Oh and I normally don't leave bad reviews but this place truly did earn it.
