This place was my go-to. No more. The last 3 times I've been have been a complete disappointment. Once while I was pregnant, I came in for a mani no polish. When the lady asked me what color and I replied no polish she gave me a real nasty look and then cut my nails COMPLETELY OFF. No white at all. When I said something she just said oops and then asked if I wanted to keep the rest long. Uh, no. I want my nails to be the same length. She of course still charged me full price. This last time I went the lady talked me into a deluxe pedicure. Fine. Then when it was manicure time she tried to get me to get shellac. No thanks, I'm not into the same color for a month straight. That must've insulted her because here it is, less than 2 days later and my nails are so bad I just had to take the polish off and redo them myself. At least the cuticles were done properly. So far so good. I've visited Studio Nails maybe four times so far in the past year and I'm yet to be disappointed. My friend introduced me awhile back. For me, if you've been to one nail salon, you've been to them all. I do look for subtle differences when I get my nails done. What I like about Studio Nails is the fact that every manicurist I've had knew what they were doing. I didn't have an "intern" practicing on my nails messing my cuticles up. I didn't have messy nails after getting a polish change either. For pedicures they use new utensils out of a sealed package. I love that, especially when you can get a staphylococcus infection when nail salons don't properly sanitize their utensils. I'm Everyone seemed to be on the same level of experience. Also, today when I went the young lady was extra particular in making sure she manicured my cuticles perfectly. I appreciate the extra time and detail to make sure my nails are perfect.My daughter went with me today (7) for a pedicure. She got her toes filed and polished. That's it and it still cost $20. Pretty expensive for a child. Nonetheless, they did a great job.Oh, if you get a shellac manicure and pedicure you get a free gift. I got bath and body works lotion. Read Less

Entered the premises and everything looked very clean and well-kept there was a decent amount of people in there and their sign in sheet definitely was well used today. Was greeted promptly upon my entrance and asked what services I wanted and was asked several follow-up questions to ensure that what I wanted was correct. Signed in and I only waited for about 3 minutes before a pedicure chair was ready and waiting for me. Water temperature was absolutely amazing and it smelled great! The man who was doing my pedicure (Kevin)  was very skilled with what he does (5 + years experience) and asked several questions about my feet prior to touching them in case I had any conditions or worries that he needed to know about.  He even brought me bottled water The man doing my pedicure was extremely thorough and went back several times to make sure that he had everything right before he even started painting. During this he asked several times to make sure that I wasn't in any pain and that things were to my liking. the sugar scrub was and white tea moisture mask In Addition to this there was even a hot towel massage portion which felt amazing. Before he ended up putting any paint on my toes he made sure to ask twice to confirm that He had the right color. Even though the base coat for the color I wanted was a little light, he made sure it was the right color when he finished.  He even made sure to change the towel that I had my feet on because it was a little wet from getting my feet rinsed off and he literally held my feet up and I didn't have to lift them myself. That is well above and beyond many other nail salons I have been to and I highly commend Studio nails on this. He was very timely in how be did my nails yet still managed to make sure that he had every portion of my nail covered and that there were no spots without color and that it didn't run off onto my skin. After i got the gel on my toes he made sure to put everything under the UV lamp for the full amount of time and didn't skip seconds to make sure that everything did cure properly. After all of the polish was on he even went back over and removed any excess nail polish that was around my toes that he didn't get the first time and filed any rough edges which I have never had done at any nail salon and I was quite surprised and impressed that it happened. After that he used Citrus oil to massage my feet and my legs one last time before I was out the door. Even stopped to trim extra skin one last time as well. Showing off his extreme attention to detail.  Afterwards there was a hot stone massage and another hot towel to finish off this experience   I would highly recommend Studio nails to anyone who is looking for quality service in a very timely manner they go above and beyond other nail salons and I was highly impressed and will probably never go to another nail salon unless Studio nails is closed Read Less

LOVE this place. Lily has always taken great care of me. You receive a bottled water upon entering and a free gift with certain spa treatments. Truly nail salon that prides itself on customer service :) Highly recommend! Read Less
