I can’t rave enough about this place. I had the coconut pedicure and it was such a relaxing treat! The staff is so nice! You feel like you’re not in Philadelphia and at a mini retreat. Not to mention the coffee is the best I’ve ever had!

The lady who owns it is literally a racist. First time I went I was she was finishing a person. They purposely didn't start me. A lady comes in and the only two people both work on her for an hour. Second time I come an hour before close time and her and the guy are not doing anything. She says we're closing and had a sign on the window that said we can close whenever. But your not even packing up to leave. I won't beg anyone to take my money. 👎👎🐼

walked out of this salon with my nails unfinished because I was so unsatisfied with their service. I came in for a mani-pedi, and my pedicure came out fine. When it came to the manicure, the nail technician was very aggressive with my cuticles to the point that they were bleeding. Then I was passed off to another nail technician for the shellac portion of the manicure. Unfortunately for me, she had another client waiting for her, so she rushed through polishing my nails and painted all over my bleeding cuticles. I was quite frustrated at this time, and had already spent 1.5 hours in the salon. I asked them to remove the shellac and she told me that I would have to pay the shellac price.
At this point, I just wanted to leave the establishment and never come back. After noticing my frustration, they then told me I did not have to pay for the shellac, which unfortunately did not make up for their lack of customer service.
I do not recommend this nail salon.

The best customer service imaginable. I mistakenly wore leggings for a pedicure and couldn't push them up and my nails were drying from my manicure. So, what do we do? Wrap a towel skirt around me and the lovely employee slipped my leggings off for me. Best pedicure and manicure I have ever had. It's truly outstanding when they're willing to take your pants off for you 😂😂😂👌 Additionally, incredible Colombian coffee! Thank you to everyone who made my best friends bachelorette nail day amazing!! 💖

AMAZING and relaxing manicure and pedicure. I've had many manicures and pedicures in my day. This was the BEST. Kelly and the staff are amazing. Knowledgeable about their products- great quality. Very laid-back atmosphere, which I love, not too "girly," but very friendly, like your friend is doing your nails at her house. Enjoyed a delicious Columbian coffee while getting my shellac manicure done. LOVE that they use SHELLAC® instead of other gel products, and I loved my final result. I am from out of town, I wish there was a place like this near me!

I was in need of a pedicure & manicure on my day off, and wanted to explore some different nail salons in the area. Location and reviews led me to try out this newer business in Royal Oak. Sadly, I don't think I would be a return customer based on my time here. I was helped by two women, one who did my nails, and the other my pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure seemed nice enough, but didn't really talk much as I don't think her English was very well versed. She did however give a good pedicure, which I appreciate. The other woman helping me seemed to either be the owner, or some sort of manager. She was very talkative, rude and condescending the entire time she was doing my manicure. The comments she made were very unprofessional overall & made the entire experience quite the opposite of relaxing, which is what you want when you go in for these experiences. I was the only person in the entire establishment, and I felt like the process was very rushed overall. It was a bit of a let down as I was hoping to find a new business to be a regular at for these services. If you are in the Royal Oak area, I would suggest looking elsewhere for a good, relaxing, quality nail experience.

I needed a quick pedi because my toes must always look good (#1 rule). My usual spot was booked and I didn't feel like waiting until next week. I can walk to Cozy nails so I decided to give them a call.I called around 930am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. I was greeted by a very friendly woman but I never got her name. She was likely the owner and very sweet and excited to finally be open for business. My pedicure was done by an older woman who didn't share her name, she didn't say much because I don't think her English was great. My pedicure was good and my toes look nice. One thing I disliked is the smell of acrylic is so incredibly strong in here and the decor is very 1980's glamour shots. Despite a decent pedicure, I am spoiled by the treatment I get at Eco Nails. So unfortunately I compare all salons and pedicures to their standards and simply put no one compares. I would come back again if I needed a mani/pedi quickly but I will stick to my usual spot for routine appointments.

After moving to the area I tried out several nail salons and wasn't not happy until I found Cozy Nail Spa. Bonus, their new location is only 2 blocks from my house! My shellac manicure lasts at least ...
After moving to the area I tried out several nail salons and wasn't not happy until I found Cozy Nail Spa. Bonus, their new location is only 2 blocks from my house! My shellac manicure lasts at least 2 weeks, sometimes longer. Sam is so creative. Every time I come in with new ideas for my nails and she is able to do them. She is able to use my nail art ideas as a guideline and can artistically come up with something even better. I get so many compliments on my nails and its partly thanks to her. If you go to Cozy Nails you will not be disappointed.

walked out of this salon with my nails unfinished because I was so unsatisfied with their service. I came in for a mani-pedi, and my pedicure came out fine.
