Lena the owner is a very rude and nasty person. Every time I come here the price is always different they charge you what ever they want. When I ask what/why the price is she always has an attitude and talks down to me. She says "If you don't like it go somewhere else". I find that incredibly disgusting for her to speak to me like that and she's said it to other's before....I hand her money she throws my change back to me on the table. Yet you want people to come to your place of business and spend their hard earned money. I come here consistantly and the price is always different. Even when I have someone else doing my nails she walks over to them and in their language tells them what to charge me. Well I will never come here again and every person that I've referred here will never come again. Hopefully this post will stop new customers from coming also. The other people that work here are ok but they also have that same mentality of "if you don't like it go somewhere else" but they've learned that from the top. Don't waste your money here nails break after one week, the owner let's her 13 year old daughter disrespect customers the owner has a nasty attitude this place is one of the worst nail salons in Roseville I cannot believe she is still in business they speak in Chinese you don't know what they are saying but it seems like they are talking about you directly in your face they show favoritism towards their customers people who give them money or tips they seem to treat them better I got a pedicure polish came off within one week and the shellac peeled completely off of my nails be careful because I feel like they are not using real shellac anymore because it's too expensive so they at the UV inside the nail polish to make it shellac I am never going back to this nail salon I don't care if this is the last one open in Roseville they will never get my business or my money Read Less

This place used to be my go to stop but recently i dont know why i keep coming back they always give me the same man who grabs my hand and tugs sharply. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt it just keeps getting worse. He doesnt take his time and is so sloppy. This place is going downhill. No longef coming back here Read Less

I do not recommend this nail Salon. I regret giving them my money , owners daughter made me pay before polishing my nails as if i was gonna leave the salon without paying my money. I would never. Waste of money, I’ve been to way better. Disappointed. Read Less

I have been to this nail salon on 3 different occasions and each time I've had excellent service. The staff is very friendly and the work they do is top notch. The prices are really affordable. They carry a line of polish that is available in gel or regular that are exact matches, so no trying to find a match when you want gel on your fingers and regular on your toes.  I'm really impressed with this place. Came here because too crowded at my regular spot. Came here for a pedi on a Sat morning. Didn't have to wait too long. Shenanigans ensued as the guy was painting my toes. I noticed the polish on my right big tos was streaky and lumpy. I asked if he could do that one over. Shouting in another language, another lady came over and said it will look better with the top coat. He put on top coat, surprise no better.  While my nails were drying he asked for payment and told me not to come back.  Noticed that polish  chipped off entire toe less than 8 hours later while I was on vacay. Had to find polish that matched and redo myself.   Totally pissed. Less than a week later, I took the polish off because of so much chipping.  No worries dude, I won't come back here again! The owner did my nails. She did a very good job. She usually does my eyebrows too, but Mia did this time. She also did a great job. They were very polite. Both her and her husband. I'm not sure what happened with the previous reviews, but I've been here a few times and everyone in there has always been nice to me. The prices are good for the services too. Read Less

The owner has a horrible attitude. She told me I could come back if my gel nails chipped, which they did after two days! I went back and the owner didn't want to repair the chipped nails and said to get my gel nails done somewhere else, which I will gladly do. She will never see another dollar from me. They have horrible attitudes. Especially, the lady who nail station is directly by the door. I think she's the company owner. I only went in for a fill-in and the owner told me that the price was $12. So I decided to go ahead and get my fill-in. After sitting in the chair the man who was going to do my fill-in says to me "We charge $17 because you have long nails." I asked why he said, "You can go leave and go somewhere else." And he kept saying it then the owner stepped in and she said, "Yeah if you don't like leave." All because I asked why when it came to me spending my money. I came here because of the great reviews but didn't get to have the same experience I likely would have had. There was such a small polish collection to choose from for gel nails that I ended up having to leave. I didn't care for any of the options. I didn't really experience their full service. He was nice about it though. I tried to pay for the filing of my nails he had done but he wouldn't accept. Read Less
