Alex is a great Esthetician, she is always super friendly and makes you feel at ease. She is great at what she does, definitely ask for her if your looking into a lash lift. The receptionist made the wrong appt time, took a number off the caller id instead of asking for a contact number, was argumentative, wanted to have me get one eye done instead of rescheduling the person after my time, I wrote to the owner on fb and she was just as argumentative as she said I "missed my appt time". I did not miss my appt time, I actually had nothing going on that day and could have come whenever. Receptionist came to my car to ask for a number for someone to call and "apologize" lost the number in a span of 2 minutes, another girl came back out to my car and asked for the number again. I came here to get eyelash extensions and absolutely loved them! I got them done by Alex! It was so relaxing and everyone was super friendly even though I had no idea what I was doing haha. It takes a couple hours but you just lay there and they do their thing! I got a TON of complements on them! I started coming here about a year ago and it's the only place I would ever tell anyone to go to get lash extensions! I have seen work from other places as I notice it more now wearing them and it never compares! The retention is phenomenal and so is the style of lashes, always thick, full and natural looking. They also do microblading, which is a form of permanent make up. I just had to get it done because I now never have to fill my brows in! Love! I have had my makeup and my lashes done by Falen as well as facials and brow tinting and it's always perfect. Her lash sessions are the best I've experienced. I have tiny little blonde lashes and she took the time to make every one perfect. I moved across the country and haven't gotten them since because I don't trust anyone else. I am hoping to be back soon so I can get them done again. The makeup she did was for a wedding, she came on site and worked on us girls for 5 hours straight and everyone looked amazing.
