Went into get a Mani pedi and the guy doing my pedicure cut my toenails completely uneven - My big toe was a diagonal slant. I asked him to fix it by it was already so messed up that I left with it Sh...
Went into get a Mani pedi and the guy doing my pedicure cut my toenails completely uneven - My big toe was a diagonal slant. I asked him to fix it by it was already so messed up that I left with it Short and weird and slanted. After he ‘finished’ my pedicure I noticed there was still visible dry skin and calluses on my feet. I asked him to fix it, which he did and lots of dry skin was coming off still. The nail polish is chunky like a little kid did it. I left immediately without tipping, which I never do because I worked in the service industry for many years. Canceled my manicure and feel even annoyed that I had to pay $30 to literally mess up my feet they looked better when I came in. I usually look up reviews but I just went in on a whim. please save your money and Go literally anywhere else

Pedicure was aweful. My feet are still rough and some of my toe nails were not fully painted. Also, the man was using his long dirty finger nail to remove his mistakes on the edges of each nail. They did not put any lotion or cuticle oil my feet. One more thing that really bugs me is when the same person does do the whole job especially when the other person doesn't do good work.

I'm shocked this place is even in business. It's dirty, old, service is terrible, and it's overpriced. They have the kids mani/pedi chairs which is why I went there, but they charged me full price for the kids and spent maybe 15 minutes on their mani/pedi. Trust me and do yourself a favor and don't go!!!

I went to go get a pedicure and I noticed that my nail polish was cracking when they dried. Then when I got closer to my toes, they were not even polished on the corners and I still had dry skin under my feet. I asked them if they could fix them and one of the ladies said it wasn't painted right because my toe nail was too dry! Lol I think nails in general are dead skin and it's not like I have ever had a problem with my feet or toes as I get regular pedicures every 2 weeks! I would never go back there again, I just walked out. Their customer service there was really bad and they don't have a clue on how to communicate with customers.

Pedicure was aweful. My feet are still rough and some of my toe nails were not fully painted. Also, the man was using his long dirty finger nail to remove his mistakes on the edges of each nail. They have the kids mani/pedi chairs which is why I went there, but they charged me full price for the kids and spent maybe 15 minutes on their mani/pedi.
