My sister and I came here on a pretty busy weeknight without an appointment and they got us in immediately, so that was nice, but my manicurist rushed through the application of my full set and left 3 of my fingers bleeding! One spot isn’t small, either, it was actually dripping blood as she was still filing away on my other nails! I won’t be back.

Went here for my wedding, TERRIBLE experience. Went in 2 weeks before, wanted to make sure they could do specific design for my nails to match my dress, manager told me they could do it no problem. Day of my wedding I went in and showed them the design, woman told me no! She asked the manager, same woman who told me no problem 2 weeks before, she also said no! Ok, so I’m not going to ruin my day over something small, so I ask for French tips with a gold line where the tip starts. Super simple. She says no, no gold. She tried to do silver, so I told her no I want gold. She found some super old gold and you can barely see it but I got gold. Then I wanted the same look on my toes, and she said NO!!! She said you can’t see gold, and I said I want it and she didn’t do it. For a $115 dollars and an $22 tip this was a terrible experience. Never have I paid so much and been told ‘no’ so many times. Terrible customer service, terrible prices, dirty tools. I probably got toe fungus, nothing was new or sanitized, my sister does nails I know what to look for. DONT GO HERE FOR SPECIAL EVENTS.

I was highly disappointed in the service I received here. Not only did they charge me to have them fix their mistake with the quality of their shellac manicure, but they used fake shellac on my nails....
I was highly disappointed in the service I received here. Not only did they charge me to have them fix their mistake with the quality of their shellac manicure, but they used fake shellac on my nails. The color turned pink and yellow only a few days after application. When I am paying for a service I expect quality and professionalism from the staff. I am paying a good amount of money and I feel the staff should accommodate to the customers needs and offer to fix their mistakes for free so I come back. With that being said, I will not be going back to this nail salon.

But I'm not so sure about the other staff, not pleased at all by my shellac "manicure" that cost me $30. the technician cut my cuticles too deep around three different nails. To me, it was not worth what i paid for. Only time i will go back is if Tina is available. Lesson learned

I'm really glad I decided to check out this nail salon. I called same-day to see if they had any openings for two shellac manicures. They were able to get us both in at the time we requested. When we arrived, we didn't have to wait-both nail techs had everything ready to go. They were polite and friendly! Our nails turned out beautifully. We paid $30 for the shellac and it was worth every penny. They did our manicures in about 30 minutes which I was happy about. I'm not sure why everyone is complaining that it took just 30 minutes. I'm glad they could do a quality job in such a short time. I got a massage and lotion etc just like a regular manicure. I don't need them to spend an hour on my hands. I'd rather get in and get out to continue about my day. I will definitely be coming back!

I'm really glad I decided to check out this nail salon. I called same-day to see if they had any openings for two shellac manicures. They were able to get us both in at the time we requested. I got a gel manicure from this place, and its been less than two weeks and the polish has already peeled off. I have had good experiences here in the past but, this time I felt extremely rushed through. They just did not take the time to make sure it was done correctly. Staff is very friendly and prices are reasonable.

My nails look good but not DOUBLE the price good, it felt rushed too. It's a good thing I brought extra money,because when I complained about the price being more I got a dirty look/eyeroll,and the money snatched from my hand so fast. LOL never going back.(update) found out from a friend that does nails that the "gel topcoat" they used was actually another layer of acrylic and also couldn't be removed after 3 soakings. Buyer beware

sometimes its a great job and sometimes not...why? this depends on who is doing them. I think to strengthen their customer service they should wear name tags. Stop talking so much in a foreign language - We are taught to be diverse, have manners, be mindful, not to use jargon and be respectful...I am foreign and have learned that this is and creates more peace, its inviting and WELCOMING. Also, a customer should be asked what they would like done and adhere to it. If they would like to offer or up sell it is easy to mention the prices at the same time and NOT BE PUSHY or proceed to use product and then charge for it.

I have mixed reviews about this place. I had gel shellac done on my nails which cost $30. I felt VERY rushed. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I wanted her to make my nails longer because they were trimmed and she didn't even ask if i wanted any designs or anything. I'll have to try this place again before crossing it off my list.

Today was my first visit. Very Impressed! Everyone is so friendly and they provided excellent service. I had my nails done and some waxing. It's a nice salon, very comfortable, very clean. The staff was outstanding and even the other customers were talkative and friendly. Very welcoming. I love my nails!!! I definitely found a salon I can continue to go back to. The prices are good as well.

I really don't understand why this place has poor reviews, this is my favorite nail salon. their prices are good and they ALWAYS do a great job. I got acrylics today for the first time in a while, they turned out amazing as always and were only 26 dollars. this is an awesome deal not just for the nails but for how great of a job they always do. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone for not just acrylics but for many of the different services they offer.

This was my favorite nail salon but the last 2 times very disappointed seems they push the gel manicures so much that the nail polish for just a manicure is old and won't dry. Dried my nails there then had my hands out the sunroof for the 30 minute drive home. It was almost 2 hours before I started making dinner. Now nails are a smudged up mess. I will be going back to get them fixed but I shouldn't have to.

I don't understand why this place has such poor reviews. I went in today for a pedicure and was seated right away. The lady (I wish I asked for her name) was friendly and did an amazing job. Hot stone and paraffin...definitely worth the money. I will absolutely be returning in a couple weeks.

I get my nails done here because it's cheaper than most places I've tried in Oakland county. I guess you get what you pay for in the sense the acrylic is horrible. Starts to chip immediately along with the cheap nail polish they provide you. She didn't speak two words to me and never looked me in the eye. Unless she was trying to up sell me to the gel nails which I refused multiple times, and even so never looked me in the eye. It's close and cheap, but you're trying out new places, keep on driving.

In a moment of desperation, I decided to seek a nail salon open still at 5:30ish on a Saturday. Yikes.I don't think that she said more than one or two words to me through the whole acrylic fill. She did however talk to her coworkers plenty, in a different language. I can't help but to think that they are talking about me the whole time! I tried to make small talk a bit, but she basically ignored me. The actual nail service was about the most unsanitary I have ever received. Nothing that she used on me had been cleaned whatsoever. The floor was super dirty, and the girls who worked there were walking around without shoes on, after soaking in the pedicure bowls. $15 for a fill, didn't remove any old acrylic that was peeling off, used the drill for the entire thing. I believe I got burned no less than 5 times from the damn drill. Now, I am not expecting a five star resort at a nail place around here but I definitely wont be back to this one.

My sister and I came here on a pretty busy weeknight without an appointment and they got us in immediately, so that was nice, but my manicurist rushed through the application of my full set and left 3 of my fingers bleeding! One spot isn’t small, either, it was actually dripping blood as she was still filing away on my other nails! I won’t be back.

Went here for my wedding, TERRIBLE experience. Went in 2 weeks before, wanted to make sure they could do specific design for my nails to match my dress, manager told me they could do it no problem. I was highly disappointed in the service I received here. Not only did they charge me to have them fix their mistake with the quality of their shellac manicure, but they used fake shellac on my nails. But I'm not so sure about the other staff, not pleased at all by my shellac "manicure" that cost me $30. the technician cut my cuticles too deep around three different nails. To me, it was not worth what i paid for. Only time i will go back is if Tina is available. Lesson learned

I got a gel manicure from this place, and its been less than two weeks and the polish has already peeled off. I have had good experiences here in the past but, this time I felt extremely rushed through. They just did not take the time to make sure it was done correctly. Staff is very friendly and prices are reasonable.

I have mixed reviews about this place. I had gel shellac done on my nails which cost $30. I felt VERY rushed. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Today was my first visit. Very Impressed! Everyone is so friendly and they provided excellent service. I had my nails done and some waxing. It's a nice salon, very comfortable, very clean. The staff was outstanding and even the other customers were talkative and friendly. Very welcoming. I love my nails!!! I definitely found a salon I can continue to go back to. The prices are good as well.

I really don't understand why this place has poor reviews, this is my favorite nail salon. their prices are good and they ALWAYS do a great job. I got acrylics today for the first time in a while, they turned out amazing as always and were only 26 dollars. this is an awesome deal not just for the nails but for how great of a job they always do. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone for not just acrylics but for many of the different services they offer.

This was my favorite nail salon but the last 2 times very disappointed seems they push the gel manicures so much that the nail polish for just a manicure is old and won't dry. Starts to chip immediately along with the cheap nail polish they provide you. She didn't speak two words to me and never looked me in the eye.
