I will not be back. I got a gel manicure and it was done really sloppily. There was polish on top of my cuticles and the overall job just didn't look clean. It started to chip 4 days later and easily all peeled off within 5 days, leaving my nails naked again without even having to soak off. Very disappointing. Read Less

I was happily surprised! This isn't a fancy salon/spa, but the women were very friendly, and yet respected when I didn't want to make too much more than initial conversation (I was SO tired). Called ahead to see if they were busy, was told they weren't and still had to wait. The manicure was very rushed by the manicurist, which is so frustrating. You can tell it was rushed. The color is fading, and the cuticle area is messy. Will not go again. Read Less

This place was a huge mistake and not worth my $42. What a rip off!! I should have read the posts!! The lady sped through my mani pedi like none other. And it's the worst I have ever had!! I'm so disappointed. My paint is not top notch quality I have had elsewhere, and has some imperfections. I have paint on my toe she should have removed, and my one nail was snagging on clothes as it was not filed smooth. And the heels of my feet are not smooth and looks like she missed a lot! My cuticles on my hands are not cleaned up properly and show itself once the lotion, cuticle oils and all are dry. I'm so disappointed. And I also noticed how the place is really not clean. She wiped my washed feet off with the towel that caught the flakes of skin from the pedi. So gross. And she also hardly talked to me and she spoke her language with another tech in the front of the store the whole time. I love this place. The staff is attentive, very welcoming, and friendly. I am picky but they NEVER disappoint, I always leave satisfied. They are very clean, always using sterilized equipment. They are a respectable business, run by personable people. I always recommend it to my friends. Read Less

I go to the Le Nails on Walton and Squirrel. I absolutely love this place and rave about it to all my friends. I see Lynn, she does is the bomb!!! I'm extremely picky about my nails (sharp, square, don't touch my surrounding skin, thin, long but not too long; are you starting to get the picture?) and she never disappoints me! DO NOT GO HERE!! The worst pedicure I've ever had! I had to wait 15-20 min to start with only 1 person getting a pedicure. Then she zooms through my pedicure. Sitting and waiting to start was longer than my pedicure. She didn't cut my cuticles or grate my feet. She just scrubbed it with a brush for like 10 sec, cleaned my feet, and started painting my nails. She basically did nothing, but paint my nails. I could have done that my self. NEVER AGAIN! I had shelac on my toes before I came. This stupid idiot filed it off with an old used file! I started praying the person(or peopl!!e) she used it on before was clean and healthy. I told her not to cut my cuticle after that! I was scared they did not sanitize the tools at all. And she also used a little polishing machine for my nails, which! right after she finished she passed to another lady who was doing somebody else's pedicure!!! This is so unprofessional and nasty!! I've gotten pedis here about 5 times and finally figured out I need to stop going there.  There's something about the way they cut/trim my toenails that has lead to very painful ingrown nails every time.  I've never had this happen with anyone else.  The overall experience is very hit or miss depending on who you get.  There are some girls that really take their time, etc and others who don't.  The pedi itself usually comes out looking good. I am by no means an expert but my manicure lasted over a week and my pedicure still looks great 2 weeks out. This place was recommended by my stepmom who is a regular and I was very happy with the service I received and the pricing seems very fair. The location is convenient in this area. Read Less

Avoid at all costs. They are incompetent. When the manager instructed me to put my feet in the water at the beginning of my pedicure, I told her the water was too hot. She told me the water was fine, my feet were too cold. What??As my pedicure was starting, the tech rolled over a tray of tools and was going to get started. I stopped her and asked about using clean sterilized tools. She had to ask the manager where the sterlized tools were. What?The rest of the pedicure was fine but my basic manicure was sub-par. The manicurist didn't know how to file nails. After the third filing, I had no nails left. I wondered if she was a trained manicurist and asked about her training and license. Told me her mother taught her! What? I asked to see her license and was met with a blank stare. Looking around the salon, I didn't see any licenses posted for anyone or for the business. Read Less

Don't go here if you want to be able to walk without limping afterward. My wife has been encouraging me to get a pedicure for years now. I finally agreed, so she brought me to this place. Everything seemed fine until I returned home from the pedicure and began feeling a sharp pain in my heel. I took my sock off only to discover that the skin on the back of my left heel had been completely shaved off. The woman that had performed my pedicure used what looked like a cheese grater on my heel and obviously took it a bit too far. It's been two days since the pedicure and my heel is in bad shape. Not only is it difficult to put shoes and socks on, but once I have them on, walking without limping is impossible. My wife called to tell them what'd happened and the owner said they would pay for my medical bills. Thanks. Big help there, Le! Pedicure was good, includes the expected, manicure was okay, nothing over the top. But DO NOT by any means get your eyebrows waxed here. I told them multiple times that I like my eyebrows thick NOT thin. My eyebrows ended up looking like two small thin lines had been drawn on. They did not listen. A screwed up manicure or pedicure takes a matter of seconds to fix, but my eyebrows will take months to grow back in, not to mention my skin is still extremely red 24 hours after the job. Read Less
