Every time I have come here they have been great! Even the shellac polish with the regular kind in case I want. My tech and I shared everything in our work and life together. She worked my manicures very good. The salon use the sterilized tools. I will be back for more services next time :) Read Less

Very disappointed. I paid $70 between a pedicure/manicure with shellac. Before 7:00 pm the same night, two nails have already come off. This is absurd. I plan on calling in the morning hoping they will correct it. The nail technician was very nice and cordial, but the quality of the shellac right now is awful. Read Less

I came in after reading the high reviews. Was not impressed. The lady doing my nails seemed hurried and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. The acrylic was slapped on sloppy and extremely thin and the sanding down of the acrylic was painful and rough. The nail Polish was chunky and drying out,although I did choose the color,they could've asked me to choose another color or fix the Polish. She painted it on yet again sloppy and only dipped the last shiny coat once into the bottle and used just that to paint all 5fingers! Totally not enough Polish for 1 nail let alone using it for all 5! My overall experience was horrible and I will never come here again! The ONE good thing they did was paint my 8y/o nails beautifully and my daughter had a different lady! Decent priced but cheaply done! Did I mention I've been home maybe 20mins frm the nail salon and already my nails are chipping at the tip!?!!😠😤😡 UPDATE: IT'S ONLY 3 DAYS LATER AND 2 NAILS BROKE COMPLETELY OFF BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO THIN LIKE I SAID! This review is for nails/pedicure. I had Brian he did a great job! He wasn't personable though, didn't try to make small talk which was fine for me bc I don't particularly want to talk with my nail person anyway. I like to just think and relax when I go to the salon. Brian was really fast though and my nails look great! I'm going to leave a separate review for the eyebrow waxing bc it was horrendous. I specifically asked the woman before she started just to clean them up, I said I don't need shaping or for you to make them even (they were slightly uneven bc I was growing them out) she said okay. As I was laying there when she was doing the plucking part I could feel her plucking clusters of 3-4 hairs at a time and I knew I didn't need that bc they were already shaped, I just had stray hairs above and below my eyebrow. When she was done she handed me a mirror, they were uneven and I complained. Nicely of course, I told her I asked her not to shake and she said "No it's fine, they betta now. Even" I was very upset and I spoke to the manager bc she also waxed off half of my cousins eyebrow right after me and the manager justified her actions. I will be back for nails but NEVER AGAIN will I let anyone there wax my eyebrows! Read Less

I think the satisfaction all depends on who you get to do your service!  I was here a year ago and wasn't satisified, came back a year later and remembered why I stopped coming here.  I had a male do my pedicure and the whole thing took 25 minutes, he rushed, hardly used the pumice stone, and spoke in his native language to his co-workers.  I will not be returning, go somewhere else that takes their time and does a good job! I left crying! I used to go here for years and they hired a new guy (I don't know his name but he wears an earring and combs his hair to the side, about 30 years old). HE DID MY WHOLE PEDI IN 28 MINUTES! I haven't had a pedi in 4 months, it should've took at least 45 minutes to do my pedicure. I told him how quick he was (he was painting polish at 15 minutes) and he disagreed! The owner heard me talking to him and she saw me shaking my head in disgust the whole time and never apologized or said anything -- not professional at all! If you go here, do not let this guy touch your feet! Get one of the nice ladies or the owners husband. This guy is a trainwreck!
