I walked in and asked if I could get in. They said that they were busy but they had an appointment and if she did not show up then they could at me in. They told me to wait 5 minutes. 20 minutes late ...
I walked in and asked if I could get in. They said that they were busy but they had an appointment and if she did not show up then they could at me in. They told me to wait 5 minutes. 20 minutes late the woman with the appointment walks in and gets done before me even though she was late. They had me pick out my colors, and told me that I would get in if she was late. They did not speak to me for 20 minutes and did not tell me what was going on, and I wasted my time for nothing. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever had and I think that it really shows how much they don’t care about their customers.

I had the best experience today! I don't usually get a pedicure and manicure, but I am so happy I did. The conversation was wonderful and my nails look amazing. Absolutely loved my nail technician.

Very happy! I had an appointment, but was running late. No problem. "Take your time." They were ready for me when I got there. First a pedicure (which I'm ashamed to say I DESPERATELY needed), then a manicure. An excellent experience for my first time there. Again, very happy!

This place was relaxing and the staff were very nice. Their nail work, in my opinion is ok. I have been looking for a nail home and this place just isn't it. They just don't do my nails how I like...
This place was relaxing and the staff were very nice. Their nail work, in my opinion is ok. I have been looking for a nail home and this place just isn't it. They just don't do my nails how I like. Some of my nails look like they don't need a fill while others look like they do. They may be considered as a back up if ever needed.

I have gone to this place 2 times now & they have messed my nails up both times.
The first time I went to get a French tip shellac on my finger nails for prom, it was chipping off within 12 hours. I went in to have them fix them, & they told me it was my fault & would only fix one chipped nail.
Now I figured it could've just been who did it or that they were busy when doing them so I went back to have them done for graduation, just 3 days ago.
My nails were chipping just 5 hours after getting them done. Mind you, I hadn't done anything besides watch tv before I got ready for graduation.
I'm very dissapionted with my experience for both times. I will NEVER waste my money there again.

Staff is so friendly and always does a great job. I am always pleased with the quality and I have been to many other nail places. The price is great too and the very few times I have needed a fix (my fault or theirs) they take care of me right away. :)

The first time I went to get a French tip shellac on my finger nails for prom, it was chipping off within 12 hours. I went in to have them fix them, & they told me it was my fault & would only fix one chipped nail.
Now I figured it could've just been who did it or that they were busy when doing them so I went back to have them done for graduation, just 3 days ago.

Staff is so friendly and always does a great job. I am always pleased with the quality and I have been to many other nail places. The price is great too and the very few times I have needed a fix (my fault or theirs) they take care of me right away. :)
